My dog is super picky when it comes to food and he absolutely loved his cake. We also shared it with some of our fellow dog friends and they devoured it. So much so that I will definitely be getting a bigger cake next year! Picking up the cake was super easy and it was such a great environment. I was looking for a great quality cake for my baby so I drove pretty far for their cake and it was totally worth it!

If I could give this place 100 stars I would! The customer service is great. We accidentally went to the wrong location and we were able to pick up our cake after hours. Super kind and attentive! The cat cake was great, super well made and our kitty loved it as you all can see. He had a great birthday, this was very special for him!!

Exactly what we had in mind hosting a birthday party for my 11 year old Yorkie. We made custom name cookies for her guests as well. The dogs ate both without hesitation! Will return again for cake and cookies in the future, thank you!

Stopped by yesterday with my Luna pup. She loved the treats! There is a variety of pet items at the store and they have an overall good selection of items. Cashier was also friendly. Luna also got a really nice collar. Will be visiting again soon after Luna finishes all the treats.

Went into it's so fluffy. It was one of the worst experiences ever. I went in there about 1:30 on the 20th of September there was a gentleman behind the counter that didn't leave it acknowledged that I was there with my dog and did not even seem like he wanted to get off his cell phone and I feel very uncomfortable I felt like I was that welcomed in the store and I called the Aurora store and talk to she doesn't not care about the customers or service Please don't go to this place

The flavor of the cake was completely up to us so we chose chicken and carrot which is our babes favorite and he sure enjoyed it! Let me just saw WOW I love their products it’s a good convenient store to get my doggos their treats ! The guy at the counter seems to suffer from social anxiety but I love that his owning his insecurities and owning what he do!

This is the best place to bring your dog! My dog Charlie loves the treats!The owners make all customers feel welcome - they really care about the dogs (and their humans). I would highly recommend this place as your go to store with your dog. They not only have fresh baked treats but there are many pet accessories to choose from too!

A small shop in a large outdoor mall, "It's So Fluffy" pet bakery is a locally owned business built on love for animals. Neatly organized and well-kept, the store has a wide offering of baked treats for dogs and cats, and the owner is always willing to talk about the different ingredients that are used in each. There are plenty of accessories from pet strollers to pet costumes, food and water dishes, picture frames and much more. The owners participate in numerous pet-friendly, charitable events around the village and really care deeply about animal rescue. A local company doing good, I enjoy supporting them with my business!

My dog loved the treats and were a fair price for a small business, but the lady at the counter kept staring at me. Like if I didn't buy something I did i walk in in the first place. I felt very uncomfortable and my anxiety started to act up. Needless to say I bought 2 cookies for my dog, he liked them but im not sure if I want to go back or not.

While looking for a dog bakery in the area, I came across; It's So Fluffy Bakery. The owner went out of her way to get our dogs birthday cake ready for their big day. The outcome was perfection!! We received quality, the right quantity, and it was overall beautiful. I have received various request for the cake that I've recommended this bakery to all my friends.
