So glad we found this place. Our Bichon does not like getting her hair cut so the Vet was our only option as they would sedate her for grooming. As she got older this was no longer an option. Best in Show let us hold her while she gets groomed and this has been a blessing. Diabel is the best!

This place is the best and CAT friendly!At previous groomers, it was common for my cat to come home with little cuts from the razor. I’ve never run into this issue since switching groomers to Best In Show in Lockport! I’m really glad my pet is so much more comfortable here than at her previous groomer.We get my cat washed, shaved, and nails trimmed about 3x a year - the quality is great and pricing is affordable.

Brought Charlie in for his first cut today. It was a great experience for his first time. From his shampoo guy to the girls trimming him. We will be back definitly. We lost Charlie and we have two brothers now and the girls are so good with the boys.

Our first experience was absolutely perfect. We couldn’t get into our regular groomer of 10 years, so we tried Best in Show because of a neighbors recommendation. We will not be going back to our other groomers! Casey took the time to ask questions and truly seems to love animals and what she does. It was a little scary for our little girl, but she came out looking great and we couldn’t be happier :). Thank you!

I took my dog for grooming after a recommendation from a friend and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. My dog does not like getting groomed and other groomers in the past would make me feel bad about my dog. Best In Show did a fabulous dog and only comforter my song when he became extremely anxious during the grooming process. In addition, he got the best cut he has ever gotten. Definitely going back!

Second visit so far! With all the always-booked groomers around, we called in and decided to try them! They had availability in the days we needed and very quick response time. First, I brought a family shih-tzu, which was done so quickly and so well! I loved it. Now I have a so far 3.5-month old goldendoodle, which I wanted to groom for the first time. The lady that took care of my baby understood very well and outcomes were more than satysfying!! The prices are very good compared to other groomers! Also instead of waiting 4 hours for the dogs to be ready, they take 1-2hrs!!! This is the best we got to find!!

First time there all the staff were nice. My dog was clean brushed out looked good! The shedding is unreal I needed help. She wasn't injured or anything so no complaints.

Despite not having an appointment, I was helped right away. They were gentle with my cat when shaving his rear and trimming his claws. The entire process was less than 10 minutes and only cost $10. Had a great experience and will be going back. Thank you.

I wanted to check out this business because I'd heard there is a new owner (as of June 1) and they do good work. I took my baby, Bisquit, who is a pit bull, to get groomed there this past weekend for the first time. She normally doesn't like to get groomed, doesn't like her nails trimmed, and she has skin issues this time of year, so she really needed a grooming. Diabel was her groomer and she did a killer job! 😁Bisquit came back happy, with her skin nice and smooth and her fur looking great. Really reduced her scratching, which is fabulous! And her nails were trimmed and filed to a comfortable length. This was the first time she allowed someone to trim her paws. The fact that she was comfortable with her groomer says it all. No more scratching me when she wants some attention. Definitely will be taking her there again! 💗💗💗

The owner She is the GREATEST our MylowTheRescuePup (below) is just a little ball of muscles! We are unable to clip his nails😔at home. They were so long he had began scratching us,when he would jump on us! I'm ill so it was dangerous for me to get scracthed in his case cut by those long nails!! He will go back 2mar and I'll had photos of this wonderful lady🙄!! His 1st time all she had to do was nozzle him and hold his neck up... now it takes three of us!!!

Best groom we’ve had! My springer has super hairy legs and they trimmed him so well while still keeping the look. It’s been over 24 hours and he still smells so clean and his coat is so soft!

Great groomers. Proficient and quick. My husky usually still smells after coming home from a bath but since I’ve been bringing her here, she hasn’t been as oily which prevents the smell from coming back as quickly. They do a great job with her brushing as well.

This place is amazing!! They take WONDERFUL care of our furry friends!! They do exactly what you want them to do. They’ll have them spotless and smelling good! My pooch comes back so happy! They also have great attitudes and will answer the phone no matter how busy they are. I’m not going anywhere else.
