I'm always prepared when I go into my job when I do some shopping. Nothing I look forward to more than working a 10-12hr day and then having to shop where they change everything around so often I'm forced to ask a helpful employee where something is now located. Although I'm stuck walking in circles trying to find a helpful employee and by then I've found the aisle where what I need is located; and wouldn't you know it.... Now I have 2 employees asking me if I found everything ok. 🤔🤔🤔 So it's time to check out but all the registers are closed besides self check-out on the end opposite of where I parked my vehicle. I scan the first 4 items and it stops scanning and now I'm waiting for an associate to come and help me out with a can of tomato paste 😐. Finally get everything scanned and bagged up on the counter thing only bug enough for a box of cereal and a loaf of bread and time to pay. Can't find where to put my money in because in little letters I finally notice the card only sign! 😮‍💨Get to wait for the next available associate again. So now I have to rescan everything on another register thing. After all if that I go to exit the store and the beeping thing goes off! What in the heck??? They put their hands all over everything and yep it's all on my receipt so they say to have a great evening.I finally make it home and my family has already made themselves sandwiches and soup. I look at the time and realize I spent lil more than 2hrs on a trip that shouldn't have taken 45min.

The store said it closed at 11 pm. I was there at 10:45 pm.The doors locked; I saw an associate sneaking out where they brought the carts in and asked why they were closed. She looked at me and kept right on walking.Walmart should say doors will be locked at 10:30 so we can finish checking out our customers. That way our employees can leave at 11 pm

I go to Walmart at least once or twice a week and I'm very satisfied with the products and with the timely manner that I can get in and out of the store

Again, I'll say it's cleaner n better maintained than a few years ago. Pretty nice compared to most. Did they happen to change the Store Manager when the Team/Coach thing started?

Litchfield, Illinois, Walmart – I was in the store the other day and as I was looking for a check out, not a self check out, I noticed that there was an employee standing, watching every self check out in operation. I won’t use them. My question is if you can afford to pay someone to stand there doing nothing - just watching people Self check out Then, why don’t you just pay them to get back on the registers and check people out like they used to. Get rid of self check out. This made “no” sense.

Nicer than most Walmart. I’m from Chicago and all the Walmarts in that area are gross. This one was nice, quiet, and the staff were calm and helpful. Definitely one of the better locations.

Had to go there to shop because they run about everybody else out of business here it's the only place to go they don't carry much variety just a whole bunch of everything that you don't want and you can never find anything they keep moving it around

It says good of Walmart as I've been to. I've searched my mind and can't find any reason to give it any less than a 5-star rating. It's also relatively conveniently located near other businesses and restaurants of different varieties ie fast food, dine-in etcOn my last visit at this location, I was shopping for groceries on that occasion. There wasn't a single item I needed that it didn't have in stock and in plenty.While I haven't searched every aisle and section of the store, I will update this review in the event that I find any shortcomings so that it remains a fair-minded 5-star rating.To conclude I would definitely recommend this walmart. In my experience it's usually the mid-sized townships with the best walmarts. Most I've been to, at least every one I can think of, that's been in ot near a major city, has had entire sections were you couldn't find everyday items that you always find. I can only assume it's shoplifting combined with lack of quality staff.

This establishment doesn't do western union, but they'll tell you they do and then pretend your id is no good when you show up

Jon in Electronic was awesome and knowledgeable. I spent over 400$ just in copier ink only and 50$ in mark down jewelry. Customer service was nice today

Always closing the doors 30 minutes before the actual closing time. Laziest employees I have ever witnessed, do better Litchfield Walmart.

We do a lot of traveling and have stopped at many Walmarts across America.We found this store to be clean, organized, and well stocked.It would be nice though if they would allow RVs to park overnight.

Fruit sucks. Prices are like schnucks. No longer the bargin store. I buy a lot of the same things every time I go so I know the prices and going to Schnucks to get my fruit because it's much better I noticed many of the items were cheaper at Schnucks than at Walmart. I guess since Walmart has put all the mom and pop stores out of business there's no need to be a discount store now you can force the prices upon the public.

Stopped here for vacation essentials we forgot at home (of course!) And they had everything we needed. Swim suit selection wasn't great but we found something that will work and that's all that matters! Store is clean and organized and employees are very nice.* They have plenty of handicap parking* Their restrooms are very clean and well stocked* Large selection of outdoor supplies

Asked an employee for help scanning an item she said I cant there is a search in it . Horrible service had to find a different employee that fixed the issue. This is why I hate Walmart they hire idiots that are lazy.

I bought a phone here. I was ripped off and lied to by the employee. When I called to speak with the manager the next day. I was hung up on repeatedly.

A new upgrade is the worst! No longer carries what I need. The spice section is down to nothing! This is now the case with most all items. I have started doing more online shopping from the vendor myself for better prices and getting what I need. Thanks Walmart you should be closing stors and letting mom and pop back! They know how to take care of customers. You don't pay me to check myself out! Where is my employee appreciation day for savings!

Issue 1: Do not harass a customer to "rate" the store.Issue 2: Music is way to loud at anytime they play it.Issue 3: Prices are way to high to even purchase a rather good amount of something.Issue 4: Store always doesn't have carts for people to use them properly.Issue 5: When needing to help a customer please try not making them wait 15 minutes an trying to load something them self's. Had to help a lady that she way trying to load something with her infant in the cart. Be a little faster next time. Also do not role your eyes at me or them.

I drive a Tractor Trailer so it's not always easy to shop. This place is awesome... the management let me park behind the building to do my shopping. Much appreciated!

I don't even know how to start the lines are terrible can't open up more than one or two lanes at a time I mean really God forbid they pay an extra few people to run a check out it's worse and worse every time I come here. New update one register open the rest are self checks

The store opens at 6AM,however the past 2 days the doors have not been open at that time and customers have had to resort to going in a side door. My husband went in this morning in need of a simple go phone(in an unexpected emergency)and not one person could help him purchase this. One of the managers told him someone wouldn't be in until 7am and then walked away. He went to customer service to see if they could help or contact a different manager and they tried but not one would answer the call for assistance. We don't understand how something so simple could not be accomplished with a managers assistance and customer services couldn't even get a manager to help. Won't be back.
