I’ve called 4 times and first 3 times they would answer then hang up on me before I had a chance to even talk and then the 4th time they put me on hold then take me off hold n soon as someone answered they instantly put me right back on hold… they really need to learn to answer ppls calls cuase some of us really need our meds!!!!

Upon hearing the pharmacist making fun of the previous customer, I wonder who else he makes fun of. How would you feel it it was you he was calling a liar and encouraging the other staff to go along with it. I have decided to check into another pharmacy! When you drop off script now everything is now 30 min and not assisting anyone when not busy. They hope you spend more in store waiting on script. If I'm sick I don't feel like sitting in store 30 min making others sick. I don't understand why drive thru takes 15min on one car! You either drop off or pick up not visit.

Awful!!!! If I could give 1/2 a star I would. I went to the Dr. and was prescribed meds. Before I left the Dr. Office I called to inquire how long meds would take to be filled and was told 20 minutes. I was in severe pain and came in 1 hrs later and was told it would be another 20 minutes. I left and came back an hour later and one of the medications was ready, but I was told it would be another 20 minutes for the other medication because they "didn't know I needed it". ( Usually when a dr. Calls in a prescription, it's because you need it.) Waited at counter and was FINALLY done in 5- 10 minutes. Long story short, I will be driving to wood river Walgreens from now on.

I called to just simply enquire about a hair product in the store.. When someone finally answered, she sounded bored and not very friendly, like going to check for me was annoying her.. Which made me not want to bother to shop there...

Very sad when a customer hears the pharmacist bashing a previous customer! Wonder what they say about me. I think it's time to use another pharmacy and advise my insurance company what occurred at this pharmacy! I have lots of meds I need so I hope it becomes a big loss for them and post to my face book for family and friends to see how they might be talked about on their visit!

Always pleased with my service and it's just not a pharmacy so many things you can buy here.. but I will say the pharmacy staff is topnotch

Take your prescriptions elsewhere. I stupidly keep sending my prescriptions there, and every single time they don't have it it stock. I'm down to my last pill now and won't get any until tomorrow. I'm done with them. This is the last time, next time I'm going somewhere else. So if you want the meds you need when you need them, don't go here.

The pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful. I was a first time coupon user and I was struggling to make sense of it but the young lady pharmacy tech saved the day by helping me with the coupons stored on my phone. Thank you!
