Was assured via messenger that The Overstock Shop was open until 4:00 pm today. Drove an hour and a half from St Louis to find store CLOSED and no one answers the phone or replies to messenger now. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Had a game chair advertising so went thier too pick up but they only had one and wouldn't sell it bc her pet claimed it!!! And never told us when more will come in.
