It was a positive experience. The clerk was helpful and had a great personality. I found exactly what I was looking for and they have a nice selection of my favorite brands of shoes. Plus, they were having a sale!

We used to have one of these locally. They turned it into an outlet, which was awful, and then it closed, which was no surprise. Glad to have found a normal one.

I order a size US6 and they are huge, so the size of the boots are not accurate. Really disappointing. They aren't very good quality of boot either. Very cheaply made..

Men's selection for dress shoes/loafers was poor. Prices were alright and clerk started by the cash register or the front window working.

Lots of nice shoes. A friend was looking for a particular kind of tennis shoe. She couldn't find the kind she wanted. Some shoes are pricey, they have some on sale. The staff was very nice & very helpful!
