The delivery person (Steve) placed the fence panels and posts exactly where I wanted them. He was very cordial, professional and did not waste anytime on delivering. I will be doing business with R.P. Lumber most definately on my next purchases.

Sad that one store can hold a whole city hostage and provide nothing for stock. Menards offers to buy land to build but city says no because of this store (owner). Or he already bought the land under the table and waiting to pay after the 8 years is up. Good way to keep something that would provide more jobs to this town and a better cheaper stock. As well as stuff in stock. People already drive for it already anyway. Wake up people. You are getting ripped off check prices before you buy. Enjoy the lack of job opportunities.

They always help you find what you need, the front desk is usually pretty busy but not to busy to help you. I appreciated the service and the service of the lumber guys. I went to pick up my order, they were very helpful.

Understaffed. Had to wait 15 minutes in-store simply before an associate was available for a price quote on a Monday morning. The quote I was given was much more expensive than Lowe's, Home Depot, or Menards for a comparable item. I prefer to shop local, but price does matter. The only thing keeping me from a 1 star review is the associate was friendly.

I prefer the smaller stores over the big box stores. The people are more well rounded with the information about their products. Not someone in plumbing, or someone in electrical or someone in lumber. One person can usually help you with whatever you need. Sometimes you pay a little bit more, but the service is worth it.
