The guy at the register was bored and unhelpful when we were ordering. I had 4 children with me and they each had questions about the items they thought they wanted. He wasn't interested in helping me help them figure out what was included in their order. I had to repeat every question they asked for him to reply. So frustrating!

Worst service ever. Went thru drive thru 5 cars deep when I ordered a large swirl cone. Waiting in the drive thru is not a big deal, however when I pulled up to the window the young girl told me that they were out of the chocolate ice cream all day. That was a week ago. Today 9/5/23 went inside. Stood at the counter for a solid 4 minutes to be waited upon, the owner which was less than 10 feet away was cleaning a machine and saw me walk in finally came over to take my order. When he did I told him no thanks, I guess you don't want my business. Looking at the past reviews I guess corporate dairy Queen does not mind their franchisees costing them revenue.

We were the only people in the store beside two lady’s sitting in the corner finishing their food. Ordered two medium sized blizzards and waited until I looked at the receipt and seen we were there for a full 15 minutes before I walked up to the counter and seen there just starting to make them. Litchfield restaurants are hands down the absolute worst when it comes to customer service

The food is usually alright, but unfortunately most of the staff are sometimes hard to understand due to thick accents. Due to the communication barrier a lot of small mistakes are made during the ordering process. Would rather just go to a different place.

Shouldn't have to repeat yourself or they repeat to you multiple times to make sure your order is correct or even finished. We shouldn't have to learn another language to order fast food.

This Dairy Queen is absolutely the worst! I just went through their drive through and ordered a very cherry chip blizzard, a strawberry banana smoothie and a root beer float! I had to tell the gentleman over 30 times that I needed a small strawberry banana smoothie and he tried to give me strawberry syrup and a banana chunk so I told him no a strawberry banana smoothie and then handed me a strawberry slush! I can honestly say this is absolutely the worst place to go to!

I had to correct the server at the drive thru 3 times on my order just to get attitude back then proceeded to make faces when they turned away to “fix” their mistake. I eventually got tired of telling them it was still wrong and repeating my order so I just left with whatever mistake they had handed me. Overall rude servers and my orders are constantly wrong every time lately.

I work fast food as a manager at kfc so I know what it’s like to at work all day or busy at times. Came thru to order a few things and after I said I wanted the number 6 she immediately said “is that all?” I was like no I have a few more things. After every thing I asked for she said that same thing. She was kind of rude at the speaker and window. Asked for queso didn’t get it and my burger was just thrown together in the box

Totally unfriendly staff. ordered 2 double cheese. They were completely dried out (all 4 patties were overcooked and dried out.), they were not warm, and the cheese that typically is oozing out, was not eve warm, I could barely swallow the first and only bite, i almost choked. The Unfriendly employee attitude just added to the complete horrible experience. At least they are very consistent on being horrible. If I were DQ corporate I would shut this place down! $8.64 wasted. PLEASE save your money and go to some place that values their guests and your hard earned money.

I ordered an $8 meal and ended up paying $11 I guess drinks aren't included AND WATER COSTS $2(I guess I am giving one dollar breadth for tax). Brought it up to the girl at the window and she just said "I dunno". Went to get my food and they hand me the box with the food in it, no bag and NO RECEIPT, much better choices for food and ice cream in the area for much cheaper prices. Do not promote this behavior.

Your manger Mason is very rude. My family went through the drive- thur and she was rude from the get-go on the speaker. Then we went to the window and when given the debit card to pay she threw it back at them afterward. She threw the soad pretty much at them in the cup. When my daughter asked if there was ranch in the bag Mason was like I don't know, is it? She is very unprofessional.

For the most part the food tastes very good. The workers are very pleasant and helpful. The ice cream products are so smooth and delicious....that being said, the only real complaint I have is that they don’t get orders correct. On multiple occasions I’ve asked for a double HAMBURGER, not a double CHEESEBURGER!!! Some people have intolerance to lactose and do not want cheese! I make myself very clear when ordering. Its disappointing that now on multiple occasions when you get home and can’t eat your meal 😒

Repeated my order but rang it up with items missing, re-repeated the order for third time and it finally seemed like they got it. Left the drive thru and realized one of the items was a plain hamburger, no cheese, which they now charge $4 each for. It was wrong, what I got was a microwaved cheeseburger that itself had a large chunk of burnt carbon fr the grill. It was indedible. Rest of food was gross too. Drinks were gross and not drinkable, somehow they can't get that right either. Someone else was returning a drink while I was ordering and now I understand why. Went to the Staunton DQ and paid twice for the same food there. Threw this garbage out.

I just got back from Dairy Queen I ordered a brownie oreo cupfection paid about $11:28 once I got it on the spoon I found a large hair !! I was going to go back and file a complaint cause that place is very pricey even for one snack !! Im beyond mad I decided to go tonight cause I wanted something to snack on and I find a nasty hair in my snack like I wouldn't find it , it was on the spoon in the snack !!! Im about done with this place

Really gone downhill was literally just there not even 5 mins ago and got a 6 piece and not only did they give me the smallest chicken strips but I got like no fries in the basket and this isnt the first time they did this the last time I went there was like 3 months ago but decided to give them another try and the same thing happened I'm never going there again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ice cream is always runny when i order through the drive through. Manager is also rude and discriminating. Never did anything to the guy and came in and ordered 2 blizzards, paid and was waiting while they made it and the manager started yelling at me to get out and to not come back. I wasnt leaving since i paid for our food but im very disappointed that they have someone who runs the place and discriminates ocer looks.

These people don't answer they're phone. Man/Owner in the drive thru is so rude, even when the inside was open, he takes your money, hands over Food, and closes the window. We will not be returning. It doesn't cost anything, to be kind and show appreciation to everyone, especially your Loyal customers. There is Zero Excuse, for this owner, to treat his customers so rudely. They need training, on customer service etiquette.
