Commercials got us there. Awful service, old bottom of the barrel curly fries and rude argumentative teenagers will keep us from going back for a 12 dollar regular combo meal. Apparently we don't know the difference between sweet tea and unsweetened tea. We can see why no one was in the drive thru or inside and McDonald's Wendy's and Burger King all had lines wrapped around.

Road trip stopped at litchfield, IL ordered food got it quick and heard back on the interstate. Started to eat my food and gross!! Who feeds someone this all 3 of my sandwich meat was very thick and chewy. Very disappointed and my sweet tea was not sweet at all.

I ordered lunch for my coworkers, 4 identical orders, one check. I politely asked for each sandwich and order of fries to be sacked separately, each sack to contain 1 packet each of catsup, bbq sauce and horsey sauce while at the drive through speaker.This was my second attempt in the last couple of months and neither time they followed instructions, just gave me extra sacks. That's not what I asked for, and it's not a big request.Litchfield has many fast food options and I definitely won't give Arby's a 3rd time to try.

Stopped on road trip from Chicago for a quick lunch. Dining room was a little dirty when we walked in, but while eating the same really nice woman who took our order came out and started cleaning/rearranging tables. Food was fine, it was all hot and they loaded up our sandwiches pretty well! Also the bathrooms were extremely clean which is always a nice surprise on a road trip! Leaving review because the staff was really nice and I really appreciated them coming out and cleaning up!

We ordered the 2 for $7, Beef n Cheddar -- hold the cheddar. We were told we can't order that. I've been doing this since ever!We left.Last time we ordered here we got Gyros and requested extra sauce. Got home -- no extra sauce!!

Management must be kind because the staff are always kind. The food is always hot and delicious. Only a few instances when my fries had obviously sat under a hot bulb for a long while.

Probably won't go back for awhile, orders got totally messed up for the drive through "2 cars in line and lobby empty" and when we finally got all the food it was cold. I feel bad for the poor manager who was trying to get things going again because she was as flustered as flustered could be. Was probably just a fluke bad night, but it burnt me from Arby's for a while.

I really liked their sweet potato fries and prime rib sandwiches, actually all of the sandwiches are good. The frys are a little cold but that's the only thing. I aways ask for fresh ones. They are acomidating to my requests. Thank so much!

Had coupon on my phone, and took 3 people to figure out, if they would accept it, even the manager, when it was an "Arby's ", Coupon, and took a long time in the drive through. Employees not very nice,nor did they even say hello, just opened the window, and said the amount due. Everyone should be educated and made aware of EVERY Coupon your company offers!!! There is No Excuse!!! Sandwiches did not taste fresh and the fries were barely Warm and Soggy. We buy the food, to have it Fresh, cooked to order. You need to add more Sandwiches with enough meat on your $1 Menu board. There's a lot of competition out there, to go too. In Florida, your restaurants offer a sheet of coupons in customer's Bags, or they hand them out, you all Never offer this. Everything is overpriced, you really need to lower them, and offer much better meal deals!!

Food was hot and fresh and my shake was made great. Slightly slow on getting my meal to me but not overwhelmingly. The cashier Jody was very friendly. It appeared understaffed as she was the only cashier with a line of customers, she handled it well however.

Went through the drive through during a dinner rush for my 2 sons and I, expected to wait for a bit. They were efficient with the order process, moved me up to the window in no time, and had my food ready by the time I had paid. Food was fresh and made correctly. Best experience in an Arbys drive thru.

Very unfriendly staff! We asked if they had something like a ham and cheese slider but big and the respond politely no so I just asked for two ham and cheese sliders since there was nothing bigger the lady that was working snapped at me and and yelled “we don’t sell ham products anymore! God!” I was kinda shocked from that reaction and decided to go to Burger King instead! Pick up your game Arby’s! Never dealt with anything like that in my life.

Pleasant experience! First time I've been to an Arbys in years and honestly was not disappointed. Very nice drive through person, they forgot nothing, food was well packaged and tasted great. (All drive through I've gotten lately has messed up at least one of those.) Also who ever was working drive through at around 1pm March 9th deserves a raise right now, thanks. Will probs go to more Arbys in the future now tbh.

Took me 2 min to order, and 30 minutes to get my food. The two cooks in the back have zero sense of urgency. I’ve never seen people move so slow when there is clearly a dinner rush. I would avoid this place at ALL cost.

My husband was there today, and the inside is closed. He was in his semi, so obviously, the drive thru was not an option. One of the employees was outside, asked if he was a truck driver, and radioed to someone inside to open the door and let him in to order. ... that person stuck their head around the counter, looked out the door, and never came to let him in. Thanks a lot..hes eating a bag of chips for dinner. Dont forget where your food is delivered from Arbys. ..

Food was 7/10 in a typical Arby’s experience. Service was also a 7/10. However, this restaurant needs to invest in good floor cleaning equipment and training practices. The floors had a certain “grease” to them. Especially in the bathroom. My feet were sliding around all over the place in the bathroom.This is an insurance claim waiting to happen.

Food was great, the young gentleman that took our order was great. The restaurant itself sucked. Filthy! We come here often & this was the worse we have ever seen it. The floor was soaked at the soda fountain with no "wet floor sign", the trash was completely full everywhere. The counter that the condiments are on was filthy. Looked like nobody cleaned the while evening. Very disappointed.

2 for 5 deal is a pregnant ladys dream come true! The staff is always friendly and food fresh. When I get off work I like to come in and take my food to go. The crew is always happy to see their guests but they also get along great together while they work. Never come into a mess, dining area is tip top. Thanks for always giving me extra peppers right before you folks end your night!
