The entire team at Green Trails is lovely. The staff go above and beyond and I have always felt my dog is getting exceptional care. I don’t have a bad thing to say about the clinic. They’re awesome! Recently we met Dr Edwards for the first time. He spent time with my dog and went over every concern I had. He was both thorough and compassionate. I appreciated his attention to detail, expert opinion, and friendly nature. I feel fortunate to have him caring for Honey.

Green Trails Animal Clinic is a wonderful, caring, loving veterinarian clinic. They have helped us in so many ways. From wellness care to cancer, they have been there every step of the way. After pandemic one is finally able to go into clinic with one’s pet. Had my furry baby’s annual check up and she was a little scared at first but curiosity got the best of her. The clinic is very clean. Staff and Doctor are very kind, I’m glad this clinic is open on Saturdays.

My 11 year old dog has lived in 5 cities so, that’s a lot of vets! Green Trails definitely tops the list! They are always so thorough and thoughtful regardless if it’s a well visit or something urgent. We have been going there for 2 years and I continue to be more impressed.Most recently, I called because of a concern. They offered to look at the problem over email but couldn’t get him in that day (late afternoon on a Friday). I ended up taking him to an urgent care. Before they closed that day they actually called to follow up on our case since they hadn’t heard back from me. I can’t begin to describe how good that made me feel. They truly care about my dog and his well-being. We needed follow-up care and I made sure it was with them. They took great care of him even knowing we had been elsewhere.

I use to be with this clinic for 12 years. Not very accommodating any more. I had to wait a month past my dogs vaccines schedule including rabies to get an appt. Rude girl on the phone basically told me to find another vet if I want them done sooner. And I did find another vet. What a shame.

With our first dog experience ever, we wanted to find a vet that would be able to support our needs without feeling swindled. I must say, Green Trails has surpassed any of my expectations. All three veterinarians are so helpful and attentive. We typically work with Dr Etheron, but have engaged with the other two there as well. They ALL go the extra mile and even call back personally based on the concern. I always feel like I’m in good hands, and never rushed. The rest of the staff are all fabulous as well. I highly recommend Green Trails, as we even travel further to come here because of the quality.

This was our first visit at Green Trails Animal Clinic after decades of using another animal clinic in the area. I was completely blown away by the professionalism from every single staff member, the superior level of service and the amount individualized attention my dog and I received. Our family has been with Green Trails for over 15 years! They have a very caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate staff, especially Dr. Grimm. We recently had to put down our 14 year old Rottie/Shepherd mix that we had since she was a puppy. Dr. Grimm and the staff treated our family like their very own! I have usually dealt with Dr. Neumann and she is really great. She always takes the time to explain all of the options not just the one that she thinks is best. I really appreciate this because when it comes to the health of my pets (they are my babies) I always feel very vulnerable and it's really nice to have someone who understands. I have had quite a bit of trouble in previous years of taking my dogs to other vets and feeling like I am being cheated and being asked to purchase unnecessary items/tests but I never feel this way going to Green Trails. We will keep going back even though we have moved because they seem to genuinely care. Thanks guys!

I had a great first vet visit with our 2 new kittens! From the initial phone call to paying after the appointment, everyone was so kind, accommodating and professional. Dr. Yocom was AWESOME and I look forward to bringing my kitties back every year! I have had nothing but great experiences at this Clinic! My 15 pound schnauzer needed good care when she was rescued from a dog pound. Unlike another post, I feel the charges are fair if not reasonable. Previously I had a dog when living on the other side of town and took that dog to a reputable, trusted, clinic - and I find that Green Trail Clinic is more reasonable with as good or better services.Writing again (1-21-20) to say that I am happy to continue to take my schnauzer to Green Trails Animal Clinic. I observe many 'regular ' happy customers while there as well. They help to keep up with state requirements and ask if you want optional treatments (like lyme vaccine)...you decide. I particularly like Dr. Petraitis.

It has grown over the years but with the staff they maintain they have managed to keep that same feel. Love this clinic. They have cared for all three of my dogs over the years. Everyone is kind and compassionate. On more than one occasion when an emergency came up they took us right away without an appointment. I believe they truly care about us and our pet family. And, all women!!
