Seems to be a typical 7-11: not looking for anything great, just wantt o get my stuff and leave. Both times I was there, it was a pleasant experience.

Looks like a great selection of fine products, but I can’t say for certain because despite every online resource listing the hours as 24/7, and being a 7-Eleven in general, it has been closed every time I try to go.

This location is convenient since I live in the area, but I won't go there again. Every time I go the price they charge at the register is anywhere from 50 cents to $2 higher than the price shown at the shelf. I bring it to the cashier's attention and he just tells me "Price in register is right." Today I bought a can of Pringles. The price on the shelf clearly said $2.99. It rang up $3.89. The last time I was over charged on Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. I pointed to the price on the shelf but he refused to honor it. What a scam they have going on. I won't be going back.

This morning I had an amazing experience with this store manager. He's so kind and helpful.I'll definitely come back to this location. We need more people like him.

Some of the clerks are distracted by their Bluetooth headphones/smartphone and less than attentive. The rest have been very helpful.This location is old/small and does not have many of the items that other locations have. It is kept clean overall, but there is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM, even for customers.

I would ask for a receipt with this place. Prices might say one thing but they will ring it up as something completely different. And when confronted about it they will say the price tag is wrong not them. It is the same thing with any kind of deals. They will ring you up with something that does not have extra points and tell you they do not have the deal items on checkout machine.The old management/worker was better.

Other employees are great owner is disgusting. When he scans just pushes products will not get up. Seems like he is angry when asked to bag anything. For me it is convenient but I cringe when I see him. Wish he would sell it to a better owner. Really shouldn't be in a business where he has to deal with the public.

Bad customer service, one of night employees didn't speak English and didn't give me a receipt for a product I bought. I didn't have use for it so went to return it and manager immediately said we don't carry that product which they clearly do when I walked them over to show them. It's not an expensive item $15 but he said he can't lose on $15 because it To much. I guess they prefer to lose a customer.

The owner of this location is always grumpy at the very minimum and a complete jerk most other times. He has been this way since the 1990's when I was a kid. Just recently had an altercation with him. He had a sign under the Coke products saying "Coke products 2 for $3.00". Bring them up to counter and they rung up full price. He tried telling me "That doesn't include Coke" I said " well the sign is confusing then, cause it says Coke products." He snapped "No it's not, can't you read?" Would avoid this place at all costs just based on his bad customer service. He often just throws your change at you. If you encounter him and think he is just having a bad day, your mistaken, I think he is having a bad life!

Heres the thing, the elderly man behind the counter who seems to be handicapped is not capable of performing cashier tasks. He struggles a lot and I'm not trying to sound rude but I was literally waiting 10 mins to get rung out because he was taking too long. Plus, last time i was there he was on the phone talking and threw my snacks right at me. I asked him for a bag and he gave me the dirtiest look. I try to avoid this location because I sometimes feel guilty for having him reach for things and watching him struggle. Customers should not have to deal with this burden.

2nd time out of 50 I've come here and the place is locked up... Like 0 cars in the lot, closed. Supposed to be 24 hours. I live less than a block away and I'm hoping things will get better cause I'm here all the time. Inventory is good and (when they're here) service is pretty decent, only reason is 2 stars. Ps... 3 people have come and gone since I've been waiting.

so i was just told you didn't have change for a hundred when i had 36 dollars of grocery, so i went to the gas station to break. i come back to find out he left my bacon out, and had a stack of 20's in the register when i paid. first off i don't expect the best service or anything, (i've been there before and know how grumpy the two guys that work there are) it is just '7/11'... but still. i won't be back. supposed to be convenient i thought, not attitude and total disregard for your customers

Literally the best service I've ever had! I have worked in customer service for over 12 years and I have never been pleased as much as I was today. I was even reminded to use my membership to take advantage of the points I earned tonight! I will consistently visit this location on my way home from work! Thank you guys!! I forgot to get the names of the men who assisted me, but I visited at about 10:30p.m tonight!

The Lisle 7-11 on Ogden is the best around! The entire staff is always so friendly and the coffee is always fresh! Best way to start my day.

I concur with others regarding the owner. First time visit and i can see what a lousy service. Coffee station all dirty, all jugs almost empty. Siding the roll box over the counter not caring about it falling on the floor. How is 7-11 even allowing succh franhisees to even operate?

Honestly I usually shop at 7 eleven because of the convenience. This time I had the worse and disgusting chance of dealing with a guy named Greg or thats what he said. (Friday Morning, for the owner) Gross 🤮 please you need to fire this guy. let him work at a fast food store or something. If I see this guy again I will just walk out. GREG is his name horrible and disgusting customer service. This store is going to hear from my legal dept.

Stopped in this morning and the lady cashier wasn’t wearing a mask. She says it is not mandatory anymore. Today is 12/22/2021. Yeah, it’s needed. Management really needs to make sure they are masked up with as many people go in there.

Store suppose to be open 24 hours. But we got here at 4:00 AM and there was nobody to be seen in the store with the open sign lit up. Lights on but the door locked. Waited about 30 min

New owners are terrible!! Twice I bought items and they were rang up more teen thw price marked!! Owner makes customers wait so he can text and eat his lunch. Terrible!

Go there late night to reload a reloadable gift card, the cashier tells me " I don't know how to do it. If I don't know how to do it I can't help you", and sends me on my way without even making an attempt to reload it. Very poor customer service and very rude.
