This is the best pet store. Everyone is nice, friendly and helpful. They have everything my pet needs and parking is convenient. Love that they still have curbside pickup!

The store is great. Helpful, friendly staff but have all but given up on this store because of website. And I don’t think it is the store’s fault. I have tried to access other locations but same things happen. I have been a customer at this store for many years and not being able to order online for pick up is frustrating. I have had 2 recent foot surgeries that have me housebound. Just spent over a hour trying to order cat food for a friend to pick up tomorrow with no success. I have points to use, doesn’t work. Can’t sign on to my account. Terrible website. I know it is not my lack of IT skills, my dogwalker told me the same thing. Will order cat food from a different vendor. Maybe someday corporate IT people will get it together.

This location has a FANTASTIC team. Every visit i am always greeted, the staff is very friendly,patient, and helpful. Kudos to the management and staff on treating customers so well. And there are always great promos weekly. Being on the member list as well as the FB page is a great access to savings and the team is happy to help you find it and get signed up.

I highly recommend this particular Pet Supplies Plus store.Extremely helpful. Kind. They truly go the extra mile. I had unknowingly dropped an endorsed check in their store. The manager went out of his way to find me in their system and called me to ensure that it got back to me. I am really grateful.

Love love this location. Staff so friendly and helpful plus they play great music when shopping :) And, Pet Supplies always offers weekly coupons on their Instagram page so I rarely have to pay full price for anything. As an even better plus, they sell Dr Marty products which you can’t find anywhere else locally an my dogs love it. They have a great variety of products at great prices from organic brands to whatever you need.

This location is great. I love shopping here because you can tell that the staff are really animal lovers and knowledgeable. Just today I was helped when I was trying to find a better way to keep my fish tank clean. Great customer service when looking for a product and at the checkout counter. Love this place. Keep it up!

Elijah was fantastic! My little girl loved all the treats and belly rubs. She was treated like a princess! Elijah even helped me pick out a few things for the birthday party we are going to next week. Will definitely be returning there!!

Go here. It's not as big as Petco it PetSmart but the prices are slightly lower if it's on sale. Plus they have higher quality dog food in my opinion.

Cashier was very helpful and had good suggestions on tank bottoms for my axolotl. Great prices on aquarium supply. Easy to join customer loyalty program, which the nice cashier also told me about and signed me up for.

Generally love this chain of pet stores and the Lincolnwood location was my go to since Winston joined our family in 2015. Lately they haven't had his food in stocks which isn't necessarily their fault but I've found it in stock at the Evanston location a lot more often. The people are nice, the store is always clean. Only issue I have and why they get only 4 stars is because last time I went in and bought a 30 lb. bag of food and a jug of cat litter and neither of the two employees standing at the register when I checked out offered to help me to the car.

I love the staff here. One time the (I think) manager introduced herself. We had a conversation about the type of kibble my dog eats and she showed me some grain free brands. She introduced me to Stella and Chewy which to this day is one of my dogs favorite foods. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the different types of foods but also their backstory and where they are produced.Ive never been disappointed by the staff here. Downside is there is no bathing station here, that I know of.
