Auto center team was very helpful and professional. We experienced a flat tire while traveling and the team assured us that they would get us back on the road. And they did it quickly. I seldom write reviews, but this team deserves recognition.

Best shopping experience I have ever had in my 42 years of life! I could’ve found my dining room set without this lovely gentleman who helped me find one. I was worried because my teenager wandered off while I was being assisted, but he came back happy as could be and told me he was “gooning” with some of the other boys in the store, who knew kids these days play mafia?🤣 I got an excellent deal in the end and my teenager didn’t even complain about being out! Will be coming back frequently!

Walmart supercenter in Lincoln Illinois. What can I say? It’s a Walmart supercenter everybody’s in a hurry including yourself if you keep running into people. Lots of negative comments about the store. I have read on this post. I find most of them the house is clean. The people were friendly. The employees were keeping their heads down and doing their job.

825 Malerich Dr, Lincoln, IL 62656, We had items we could not find and out of 6 employees only one could and would help us. the other 5 were collecting food and other items for call ins. To me, call ins that aren't disabled should come to the store and actually do their own shopping. As we were loading our items into our vehicle we watched as employees actually brought the items from the store and loaded them into the waiting vehicles where the lazy people were setting, waiting for employees to slave for them. next every thing for Walmart Supercenter will be a slave working store. If it gets worse, I'll go to a regular store where they are happy to see their customers.

Never thought I’d give a Walmart 5 stars but this one was clean. The check out lady was very helpful, friendly and liked what she was doing, very nice. Definitely worth the drive instead of going to one in Springfield.

The store is good it’s really hard to get groceries in there because the internet shopping carts completely block the isles I know it’s convenient for people who get the shopping done for them but some of us do our own shopping and it would be nice if you could get down the isles maybe get some carts for the internet shopping so we can get past them in the isles don’t forget about the people who still go in the stores to shop. While the store has everything I need,the employees are very rude. I'm mostly referring to the ones pushing the big carts shopping for customers. They refuse to move to let in-store customers get through the aisle. I had one literally roll her eyes at me when I pushed my cart ahead of her as I was trying to get out of the way.

I've been a local guide in Texas but I have recently moved to Lincoln. I must say this walmart is the best I've been in in terms of product availability and cleanliness. I will add one negative. If you get something that has a clearance tag or sale tag on the shelf make sure you take a picture and be watchful when checking out. I have had a few issues lately but as soon as I show a picture I get the sale price.

So now the walmart greater person thinks they are the cops and the judge. I was so upset with the unprofessional and rudeness of this person today. Checked out with a checker cause we had big items. We go to leave I get the look I hand them receipt. They look at it. Hand it back I said if you’re looking for the monitor it’s not on that cause he bought that. My son that was with me. She says oh I need to see that then to. She didn’t even notice it was not on the one I gave her till I said it. My son was confused and couldn’t find his receipt. I said you know what I got to go. I know if I tell you No I don’t have to show you. Yet she kept insisting I had to. Said did you self check out. I said no we had someone check up out to ask them I got to go. Walked out we got to the car. Found his receipt in his other bag. I walked back in took the time to find the person. Who was then telling the manager all about it. I said here is the receipt. I said I don’t have time for this today I shop here twice a week I have never taken a thing from anyone in my life. I don’t have to spend my money in this store there are other stores. I didn’t have to walk this back in here and sometimes people don’t have time. I went through a check outline with an employee. Think they would say thank you for being it in. Nope she didn’t. She gets rude with me more in front of her manager. Tells me when I shop I should keep my receipts in my hand as I am walking out. Who is this person a cop a judge? I turned around and told her really now you think you can tell me how to shop in this store. I am done with this Walmart. They owe me and my son an apology for their rude treatment today. I will be trying my best to do most of my shopping in other places moving forward until I have a face to face apology from these people. Tired of rude people they make me show a side of myself that takes a lot to come out.

Good Walmart to stop by for guys that need large size clothing! Most Walmarts sell out of the larger sizes faster and leave you without your need being filled!!

Store is not shopper friendly can't move around store over walmart pickup orders being pulled so workers block everything with big carts and talking on phones they should pull orders at night not open hours

Walmart is great as a one stop shop for your every need. More things could be locally reproduced, but they are always on point with the latest fashion and trends. The only complaint I can muster is I would love for it to go back to being open 24/7.

7/10/20 I had a flat tire just outside of town early Friday evening. After calling four times, my father was able to convince someone in automotive to agree to putting a tire onto my rim for me👍, but Walmart was unable to put the tire on my vehicle👎.It was closing time when they rang me out for the tire. This is a picture of me in their deserted parking lot putting the tire on myself, while my three small kids waited in the car. Fortunately a police officer came by and helped finish the job.I'm not sure why an emergency car repair, like a tire change for someone traveling through from out of town is not allowed "due to Covid", but it was a very disappointing experience.

Lincoln IL walmart management lets the employees park in the front of the lot, so when you walk into the store from your parking space in the back of lot you get to walk past several employees blasting music and smoking in thier cars in thier blue vest right in the front of the store. While tons of elderly people park in the crowded lot towards the back. Also don't forget to bring a shopping cart inside with you because chances are they haven't pushed any inside all day.

Went to return a few items, got harassed by the staff; they are incredibly rude and do not follow company protocol.I’ve been shopping with Walmart my entire life and have NEVER experienced anything this unprofessional.If I could rate this place zero out of five; I would.

I would give a better review, because I do like this Walmart. Except they have a door greeter named Daniel that creeps me out. Everytime he is working and I go to leave he stares me down till I get to the door and asks to check my receipt. I could understand if this happened every now and then, but it's only him. He asks EVERY time I go there and he is working. I don't think I am the only female this is happening to either, because I see him stopping females everytime I am walking in while he is working as well. Walmart, this man is the face we see as we come in. Do you really want your costumers feeling this uncomfortable? He is there frequently and makes me want to turn around and leave when I see him working. I work in a CILA home and can't even take my residents shopping without being stopped by him, causing them to feel uncomfortable. Today I went to cash in a coinstar ticket and he was working. He watched me walk all the way down to the door and leave. He didn't say a word to me, he just stared at me until I made it out the door. I was even polite and tried to say good night. I do not recommend this Walmart if this man is going to be the first face you see when walking in the door.

The store was clean and employees friendly but there are no cart corrals towards the back of the parking lot. If you have to park in the back you have a long walk to return the cart properly.

I have tried to call walmart several times this week and I sat on hold for over an hour each time. Sometimes an employee would answer, ask what I wanted, put me on hold again and I would sit there waiting for no answer. I have tried to contact human resources about a different matter many times and she is useless. She NEVER answers the phone. She doesn't listen to her voice-mail and she never calls back. If you ever need anything from this store, you might as well put on a badge and work there yourself because nobody else is going to help you. But don't work there because you'll never get paid.

Horrible. All of the products inside being peddled at prices which are way too high (if they are even accurate to begin with) give the illusion of brand choice when in reality, almost all of the brands are owned by the same megacorps. Save yourself some time, money, and happiness by going literally anywhere else. The staff is friendly and I feel badly for the way they are treated by walmart.

They didn't have any organic berries but they did have peaches and nectarines.Have been looking for Beanitos bean chips for months there. A guy looked and said his handheld said they are in stock. We couldn't find them on the shelves sadly.
