So, I go to the walgreens. I received my items. All in one bag, they usually tell me what their dispensing, also ask me if I have any questions. This day they didn't do either. I get home, discover I have a wrong item. The pharmacist becomes unprofessional, citing I should have checked her clerks work, he bagged all items and charged my card before I could check anything. She states if he hands it out it's unable to be returned. I am not the Dr. Prescribing and I am not the clerk packing the stuff. She was smart and threw some quick quips my way because I didn't go to school like she did, thinking I was smart enough to comprehend her scarcasm. In the end she returned the item but had plenty of smarta*s remarks to make in front of subordinate employees. Kudos to you, pharmaceutical school taught you to blame the customer and have them do your work checking stuff that your clerk bagged. She said I should be proactive and check stuff her guy stapled shut. How about this; repeat to me what your dispensing before you seal it in a bag and charge me? Could have been an easy return but she had a lot of blame, good thing I have broad shoulders. Unprofessional, unhappy terrible customer service.

Wow, the employees in the pharmacy really don't care if you live, die, or are permanently disabled by their poor service. Definitely trying elsewhere from now on.

Script sent in at 4pm,called and talked to pharmacist at 5:45 and said he had it and was getting it ready, went to pharmacy at 6:45p sat in line for 20 min because we are all sick and shouldn't be going in store, and was told they need another 20 - 30 minutes. I'm glad your stores are all shutting down one by one, your treatment of your employees is cruel and your lies to your customers is ridiculous! No wonder you can't hire enough people to keep your stores open. I'll be going to CVS or Meijer from here in out. And as an MOA in a Dr office I will be recommending my patients drop you as well.

I hesitate to post this because this has been my go to pharmacy for quite some time. I am not sure what happened but the quality of service has seemed to go down with each visit. Rarely have prescriptions ready in a timely manner, almost always a long wait time, and on more than one occasion there has been an issue with me not being able to get my medicine before close because of back and forth and "insurance" issues. Never seem to have that issue at CVS across the road so maybe it's time to finally make a permanent switch.

I had a passport photo completed at another Walgreens that did not meet requirements I was sent to this location for reprint while at the passport office. They not only double check to make sure everything was correct but also waived the charge. They were beyond helpful and everyone at the location was so friendly

The pharmacy here is a joke. CVS doesn't have this problem so I hope the staff doesn't lie to themselves and say it's the customer. You guys are genuinely some of the poorest customer service I've ever had to deal with. It almost feels like they resent you for shopping with them.

I had to get a Covid test due to my work requirements. I had to get the test or I couldn't go to work. I set up my test through their website. They said I had to use the drive-thru however, my truck was with a friend. I called the store, as I was instructed via the email you are sent after setting up your appointment. The email states you are to call the store if you do not have a vehicle for further arrangements. At first they said to cancel my appointment which of course can't do need money to survive. I therefore told them no and I explained to them what was in their own email. I was told I'd have to walk through the drive-thru. I walked to the drive-thru and was ignored while I awkwardly stood there beckoning for their attention. I tried to use the call button and simply verbally asking for assistance to no avail. I then walked into the store to meet the person I had talked to on the phone. I wrapped my face of course. She then told me I had to go back outside and they would respond. I stood there feeling degraded between multiple vehicles enjoying the fresh carbon dioxide :). After a good while, I finally got my test and swabbed my nose. I felt like a freaking animal it was humiliating. At least the window woman used manners. I don't know why they think people without cars don't get sick but this is idiotic. This does not make sense, humans are smarter than this... what the actual hell! Did everything I could to be polite and nice despite the situation, but I did let them know it was degrading hoping that they would fix it. Excuse the poor grammar, was grumpy while typing this.

They don't trust their workers- accuse their workers of stealing, check their receipts and bag if they purchase anything before they leave. I've never been treated so horrible by an employer EVER and I've worked at a handful of places. They accuse customers of stealing even when they havent done anything. Management has major judgemental issues. Go somewhere else, don't even waste your time here.

Very disappointed in this pharmacy. For the 4th time they do not have my prescription filled. This is important blood thinner medicine so my wife does not get blood clots. They said another partial prescription would be available today at 9:15. I showed at 9:30 to give them some extra time. So now 2 days in a row I have gone there and no prescription. Yesterday when grabbing my other prescriptions they didn't even notify me that the script was not filled. I figured it out when I got home and had to go back, then they just got on phone to find medicine and didn't even explain why they didn't let me know script was not filled.

The pharmacist i spoke to Andrew wasnt given a last name, to resolve medication issues was rude and very inconsiderate, I always have issues with errors and availablity of my daily meds they've had on file for years.. I've always had high respect for walgreens they just dont have the quality and patience anymore. Some people can't handle the job shouldn't preform such important life effecting tasks. Everyone there is always in hurry to push you out the door and short with answers and time management. I'll be switching to a cheaper pharmacy for the same prescriptions. 200% difference in price for meds not covered by my insurance is a bit severe. When I can go to a grocery store pharmacy 30min drive for same meds a 10th of the price do your homework not all pharmacy practice$ are equal.

Honestly disappointed. Unsatisfied with the way the bag works. The bag flew out my multiple times. Then here comes the worst part. IT BROKE. Just because I was swinging the bag doesn't mean it shouldve broke. Disappointed.

Half the time there is no pharmacist to dispense medications with no warning. Get more pharmacist or a consistent one, please. I’m CONSTANTLY having to drive to another town 40 mins away to get meds that have already been filled at this location but can’t be dispensed to me.

There is never anyone at the checkout when you're ready to check out they have about three employees that are off and other parts of the store and never around the pharmacy has three people working and they are very very rude very very slow and awful a customer service disgusting
