January 2023 i lost control of my still brand new looking 2018 malibu car on the highway coming home from Springfield. the front of my car was torn off by the guard fence.I took my car to True with Full Coverage insurance to pay for everything ($1000 deductable i payed out of pocket, cash).My car took over 6 months to get back to me, and was still in need of repairs.My radiator was still busted and needed replaced, my tint strip was never replaced on my windshield. The seams were crooked and a bunch of clips broken on the drivers door and front bumper and around the top corner of the hood, by "them at True". My car was left out in the rain with no windshield, but a small tarp draped across the dash, so now sometimes my display and radio goes haywire.All the meanwhile i keep being told that they were waiting on parts. but almost as soon as i mention a lawyer, i got my car back but still in need of repair. I kept getting excuses and promises that "They would take care of me" and "We're gonna fix everything for ya" only to have my car get scratched up and dirty when they wanted to have my car again to fix door locking issues. They had my car 4 times and loaned me a gas gussler for 2 times. and each time managed to not get it fixed. I keep getting excuses that they are waiting on some guy to show up for the tint strip and no straight answer other than "We're gonna take care of you like i said, remember?"so... Body work on my car got mostly done (uneven seams and missing clips) but all sorts of inside damages still need fixed, all damages inside done by the mechanics at True. Scratched up control panel on my driver door. Unlock button doesn't work on the inside of my drivers door. Water in the dash has computer problems. no tint strip replaced on my windshield. oh yeah, my rotors got all rusted sitting for 6 months (the owner even said with his words thats what happened) but they expected me to fix that on my own too.there's more to go on about but i'm stopping here.These guys are a rippoff, liars, and thieves.Took my money without completing repairs is same as stealing.

10/10 recommend! My Toyota Camry was fixed within a timely manner, and looks like the damage was never there. The staff was so helpful and made a all-around great experience.

This morning my car was badly damaged by a hit and run driver, and left undriveable. Treu gave me very helpful advice and had an estimate ready in very short order - even tho they knew I would likely opt to have my car towed back home (2 hours away) for the repairs. They are polite, knowledgeable and honest!

I decided to come here because it is a local business. My wife had a car accident awhile ago and our insurance would not cover the repairs which was totaled to be $9000. I was amazed that Treu Body Works takes payments and I was relieved that they were able to delay the payments until a certain date. I can't begin to explain how much I would highly recommend to come here for any body repair. 11/10!

My daughter had cosmetic damage and it isn't working out. Keep getting the run around. GM is getting blamed because of 3 bad bumpers being shipped. The 4th one might be the one that gets us back on the road...that remains to be seen though. No offer of any compensation for the drawn out issues that we had 0 control over. We have been given 3 completion dates that have all been missed.
