We entered the restaurant and found out you HAVE to place your own order on a kiosk! When I went to pay, the auto tip request came up!! Now, you place your order yourself, you get your own drink, and you grab your own order at the counter, but they're asking for a tip, and you're doing all the work.I ordered a buttery Wisconsin Cheeseburger combo with pickles and lettuce, with no onions.The top bun was cold, and the inside was covered with a chunk of cold butter! I showed the worker, and he told me it didn't melt because I ordered it without grilled onions. Would avoid this place!! Terrible everything...

Let's start with the good. The milkshake was awesome, although a bit of a small serving for the price. We used to have a steak n shake where I live currently and the burger reminded me why they didnt last long in this area. There are just too many competitors that will actually give you at least a bit of meat with your lettuce and bread. The fries were ok, not great, not terrible. The shake really saved this stop for me

I walk in side and there was a little line and they have 4 ordered stations. The dining room have crums and stuff on that tables and was full of lingering smoke. The food didn't take long but the burger was chard and had some hard bits that was uneatable. The cheese sauce tasted old and have a different taste. I don't think I will be returning.

DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING!!!The employees didn’t tell anyone before we ordered there was a 30+ minute wait. There was a bunch of nasty tables, over filled trash cans, and the floor was dirty.*** The employees didn’t wear hair nets. The big guy with long black hair kept touching his hair and face then proceeded to touch the food with the same gloves on. Needless to say I ended up throwing the food away. Some women in the back was loudly making fun of my name. My boyfriend and I were the only ones in the lobby and could heat her loudly making jokes about my name and asking what my skin color was while laughing. I will absolutely not be returning. Especially when the food is subpar at best and I spend nearly $20 on a meal just for myself

I do not normally write reviews but this was disgraceful. I ordered inside to-go and it took 35 minutes because nobody actually wanted to do anything. Absolutely garbage, slow service. For 3 hamburgers. And still somehow everything was cold. Half-frozen. And NOBODY ELSE WAS THERE. At 6:30 on a Saturday. Should’ve took that as a sign. Disgusting. Disgraceful.

I really love the food and the service "Morgan" was great and I would of loved to give it more star's until..... The bull in the China shop restaurant manager Mark opened his big mouth making a scene in front of customer's, family's with kids, yelling at his wait staff. Twice! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Then he walked into the kitchen area doing the same thing. Not great for business professionalizm. Plus his appearance with his half untucked shirt is sloppy. If I was Corp office I would have a serious talk and teach to him on how to be a professional manager.

Stopped for gas and a bite. Cook wearing pajamas while working,no hair net or at the minimum a hat or even as little as a ponytail while leaning over the grill and I'm sure my burgers and grill cheese. I wouldn't even do that grilling in my backyard for family and friends. Need to step up the sanitation and dress code at this location PLEASE!!!!

The food was.... Ok. Which is fine. That's what I expected. The fact the waitress forgot half the order.Then half arrived incorrect was frustrating.The worst part was then the burger arrived wrong and when we asked her about about (the melt on sourdough coming with two patties when it only arrived with one) she argued that that is how they come.She was wrong. We checked the menu and the website. We paid 5.49 for the full melt and she brought us the $4 version and refused to acknowledge it was wrong.Would not recommend purely due to incompetence. Sorry Wanda. But you such at your job

As you can see on my receipt I did NOT add lettuce tomato or mayo. But from my sandwich you can see all 3 items clearly. I can't eat mayo on a hot sandwich. It will make me violently ill. I had already taken my order home before realizing their mistake. When I tried to call several times there was no answer. As I live out of town and was not about to drive back. So since no one wants to answer the phone I am left with no other choice but to publicly shame a once favorite restaurant.

Went through the drive-thru, was looking forward to eating my frisco melt only to open it and it’s burnt. I had to throw it away. Also ordered 2 kids meals, only received one and didn’t receive any straws for our drinks. Mind you, I looked at the receipt and was only charged for one kids meal, so that’s a plus. Another note - with most everything opened back up, this location doesn’t allow dine-in.

No one works here. They have automated nearly the entire operation. The only person they have yet to outsource (to a computer) is the cook. The customer literally places their order, cleans their own table, gets their own drinks, waits 30 minutes for their food, goes up to pick up and deliver their own meal, and disposes of their trash on the way out. Honestly, you are better off just cooking at home. And, believe it or not, upon paying, they have the audacity to ask you for a tip. lol How is this place still in business?

Tables were dirty. We put in our order immediately. The drinks took a long time. Ordered a peanut butter shake. After about 15 minutes the waitress came out and said they were going to start the shake now "they just found some peanut butter" Our food came after about a 30 minute wait and the restaurant was not very busy. The orders were not correct but did not have the time to send it back and wait for it to be fixed. We made it work and the food ended up being pretty good.

I went threw tonight and I ordered a chilli five way and the picture shows you what I got no cheese barley any chilli and nothing else. They messed my burger up first and then I come to this. The people was nice about it an will replace it. But get on your game guys. Thanks though.
