Never had big issues, but every time, they over fill my tires. It's bothersome because the information needed is on the door if they choose to look, but my car isn't a standard 35psi, and it always come back and is documented on the receipt as filled to 35psi.

They're always quick and do a great job and they are always so nice and informative and helpful if you have questions. Very honest straight forward place. Only thing I don't like is I usually can only give them small tip when I wish I could give them large tips because they really deserve it.

First time user of Speed Lube. I was very impressed with staff and quick, efficient "Full Service Oil Change" that I received. Waiting room was clean, service performed in 18 minutes. I was out the door, happily on my way with plans to repeat business for my next oil change. Thanks Speed Lube.

I've been going here for over ten years and the service has been great. After my latest visit, I left frustrated, insulted, and still in need of an oil change. I pulled into the lot and waited for someone to direct me in, as they usually do. Keep in mind I was the only customer there so I was annoyed when three employees looked up and acknowledged me but went back to their conversation. It wasn't until I started pulling into the garage that someone ran over and instructed me when to stop. When I got out of my vehicle, an employee named Tray said to me, "You know I charge extra for making me run, right? Just make sure you wait for one of us next time." When I told him I was there for an oil change, his response was, "Are you aware it's synthetic?" What? He said, "It takes synthetic oil. That's going to be expensive." Okay.... He told me it was going to be 60 to 70 dollars, and when I started to ask what the difference between the two options were, he held a finger up and said, "Hold on, I'll finish." I told him I would probably just wait. He was under the impression I wanted to wait because of the cost, not because he lectured me on pulling forward too soon or because he shushed me. He said, "well that's how much it's going to cost you here. You might not even be due yet." I responded, "I am. I'm over my miles." He walked past me and got into my vehicle to double check because apparently he thought I was incompetent and didnt know when I needed an oil change. He got out of the car and said I could go somewhere else but make sure they use synthetic and it would probably cost the same. Throughout my entire encounter with this man I was going back and forth between, is he really being that rude or am I overreacting? I left, without the oil change, in shock of how I was treated and once I had time to process everything that had happened I realized I was not overreacting. 1. Even if I had pulled straight in without giving you a chance to direct me, don't scold your customer. 2. Even if I'm rude and interrupting you, don't shush your customer. 3. Synthetic or not, tell me my pricing options, explain the differences, and let me choose. 4. Even if I'm not due for an oil change, I'm there asking for one, so take my money and do it. 5. Treat your customers with respect. Always.

Got a full service done today. My coolant light keeps flashing at me. So I'm trying to make it to my brothers house . Well that's not the case had to turn it off for overheating. Come to find out have no coolant in my tanks. I hope my car starts and it just needs coolant like your paper listed. Wondering if maybe you slacked on anything else.

I was working part time at Lincoln IL before i had to move to San Ramon, CA. I went for a Oil change for my VW CC after owning 2000 Camry which consumed Conventional oil. I was briefed about the full synthetic oil service and the oil and filter used for my German made car. I would definitely recommend all my friends in and around Normal, Springfield to consider this place for a quick and reliable oil change.

The guy with the mustache that I believe is the boss/owner of the shop is a crook. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Being 17 I went down there a few months ago to get my first oil change in my car and asked for the basic one and he tried telling me it was $70 for a Volkswagens oil to be changed. So disgusting to try to rip off a 17 year old girl. Today I got another oil change at a better place down the road and only paid $30.
