We had an older cat and We adopted a calico kitten named Cali from Logan county. They said she may be a hard placement because of her attitude and shyness. She is absolutely amazing and such a joy. We are so happy we gave her a chance. We also adopted another kitten after we adopted her so she would have a play buddy close to her age. Now everyone gets along great and are spoiled rotten as they should be. Cali (now Snickers) sleeps on the pillow between us every night.

Might look a little shabby when you walk in but the animals are well cared for and the staff is friendly, hardworking, and helpful. I've gotten two cats there and I couldn't ask for better fur babies. This IS a "kill shelter" and I sincerely wish more people would adopt from here. The humane society's great, and it's even slightly less expensive to adopt from there, but these are the animals that really need help and this is the place that really needs your support. If you're looking for a pet, especially a kitten or cat, please consider Logan County Animal Control.

Attempted to help a stray kitten I found near the hospital. Took it to HSLC and was instructed to go to animal control. Made 2 stops at animal control about 2 hours apart on a Friday afternoon. Sign said closed, and no staff members were present even though this facility was supposed to be open according to its posted hours. Very disappointing that logan county residents aren't being served.

They don't care my dog was killed by 3 pit bulls I received no information on his wound's injuries his death autopsy and then the 3 pit bulls that killed him were released freely without any consequences I tried to call and get this information over the phone the guy was very rude I asked his name and he said that's classified like really you work at the animal shelter who cares who you are im trying get information about my puppy death
