Hadn't been in quite a few years to any Hardee's as years ago they were not good anymore. Decided to try again. This Hardee's, at least for what we had, was really good. I went inside for takeout. Nobody inside dining. It appeared only 2 people working. It was around 5:30 pm on Wednesday or Thursday March 7 or 8 2024. Drive thru suddenly had a rush of cars. She took my order and took care of drive thru also. Looked like only one man preparing orders. Both of them did a great job getting everyone out in a timely fashion. When I got home was surprised at how well our burgers were made. Neat and orderly commercial ready for TV. I have yet to see any other fast food put together that nicely. Great job you two!

Always out of stuff! Kinda seems like about to go out of business because their lights and drive thru sign and system doesn't work and hasn't for a long time now. Inside is filthy of dust and grease in the dinning area on the walls. Takes a while before they even realize someone is in there to order, especially cause only two people working every time I have been there.

Weren't even that busy and the front cashier chick was very rude to an older gentleman. I understand you have to work both front cashier and headset. You signed up to work it. The music they were playing in the back was definitely not work appropriate and no wonder why she had to scream at the person in front of us. Would give zero stars if I could none of the attitude of this place was okay

Stopped in for breakfast this morning , I haven’t been in here for a couple of years and I must say it was the best experience. The sandwich was hot and made to order . The store was clean with the local coffee drinkers giving it a cozy small town feel. Staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy being there . I will definitely do breakfast there again .

This Hardee's is definitely not the cleanest, or most courteous. I've witnessed a couple gals verbally assault other workers, on numerous occasion. Often heard hostility coming from management while at drive-thru. VERY concerning. I used to go here for a light breakfast only, and was greeted with a pleasant smile, from a sweet, small, soft spoken girl at the drive through. She is no longer there, so I moved my morning routine elsewhere. A questionable business.

Service was good but when I got my food it was barely warm has been like that the last couple times and for the prices that not right.6/29/21 update. Food has gotten better but you know when you post 10pm as closing time maybe you should be there until then. I Have went by at just a little after 9 at least 3 times in the past month and they was closed. Now that's not how you run a business, and management that allows this should be fired.

Grabbed dinner on the way home. Love the Frisco burger combo or Mushroom N Swiss burger combo. Sandwiches are awesome, regular fries or curly fries have not been real hot (been sitting in tray too long) and curly have been a little greasy. Frisco burger is favorite, but too expensive to purchase more than once a week. Will repeat biz at once a week.

Sometimes they have good food. They get orders wrong a lot. I was trying to order lunch at 10:58 and was told in a very rude way that lunch wasn't until 11. I understand that but by the time I order and pay it would have been 11:10 because the drive through is so slow. So McDonald's for my business that day and quit some time after that. Think I've been there once in the last year.

Food was good. Biscuits and gravy hot and generous portion of gravy. The hourly employees were very courteous and friendly. Manager could use some remedial people skills retraining. Not particularly friendly, and I'm being very gracious about it.

The food was alright. About what you can expect from the average Hardee's. However, the service is what stands out, and not in a positive light at all. The staff seems to be disorganized, but it isn't entirely clear whether it's the employees fault themselves or management's. Possibly a combination of both. The first instance I ate here, I heard some of the employees in the kitchen and front area bickering with each other. The cashier who took my order was very short with the lady who was in front of me, ordering. The employee also appeared to be a shift supervisor or assistant manager as well. Just not a great experience all around.

Went there tonight and it was awful. Ordered food for two people. Two combos and after the first one the lady says is that all, and when we said we had one more order she grunted loudly like we were disturbing her. We were the only car in the drive thru and no one was inside! Got our order it was missing an order of french fries and the sauce we asked for. Now we know why no one eats here.

Don't listen to the haters Hardee's! Your food is elite! Whenever I come and order a Char-Broiled Thick burger I gobble it up with delight. I savor every second I may enjoy with such a heavenly sandwich, as each sandwich may be my last. I shall be eating Thick Burgers in my grave!

Absolute horrible food and service, not to mention the hair in my hamburger. Will never visit this horrible establishment ever again, I've never tasted food so poorly cooked and been greeted by staff that seemed as though they had never worked at a restaurant before. Completely disgusted by my experience, all the way around!

Went today for chicken tenders. I was expecting decent sized tenders. The ones I got looked like the bottom of the barrel. They were the size of McDonald's chicken nuggets. I paid 7$ for 3 nuggets, crunchy fries and a drink. Not worth the money.

Would have given less stars. I just had to throw my food out as soon as I opened the bag. Chicken sandwich was old and hard. Asked for curly fries and got a few stale cold hard curly fries thrown on top of a box of cold nasty reg fries. This is why they are never busy. I can't remember a time that I actually got decent food from there. I will not give that place another chance. EW. There are quite a few bad posts on FB just from today about this place.

I would not recommend going here if you are wanting good service, because the staff is too involved in their home lives to assist a customer properly. The food isn't bad but it's also not the greatest, and if you do decide to go here I would recommend going during morning hours, because the staff then is extremely helpful. This is a morning coffee hub for many elderly people, so if you're looking for friendly local conversation and a good breakfast I would stop here.

Employees were cussing each other out while I was in the drive thru. When I finally got my order it was missing the straws for the drinks and we didn't get the condiments we asked for and I had to go back through the drive thru to get them.

Burger was cold cheese wouldn't melt. Bun was hard like it had been left out and dried out The fries were fresh. For as long as it took for the order expected better.
