TLDR: Scott and the team at Graue took care of me again and helped get me into a new (to me) vehicle. They are the exemplars of patience and flexibility.I had purchased a car from Graue Chevrolet late last year with an extended warranty. Due to the age of the vehicle, replacement parts were not readily available when a repair was needed. The warranty company, the specialist dealership, and the Graue team all worked together to sort out the situation, though it took quite some time.The Sales, Finance, and Service folks are on top of their game and remain transparent during the whole process. I had already given a verbal commitment to buying this truck but the dealership needed three or four days to get paperwork sorted out. They let me use the truck the whole time. They want your business and they will bust their butts to get it right.When it came time to take delivery of the truck, Scott offered to personally bring it to me at work in Forsyth. Who else does that!? I’m a Graue Chevrolet fan for life

After spending the entire day in Springfield looking for a new truck for my husband we stopped at Graue on our way home. We should have just started there! They had exactly what he was looking for! We arrived at the dealership at a little after 5pm and by 6pm we had a deal done and picked up the truck this morning. Mitchell Brewer was amazing to work with!! ExcellentThis is what car dealership service should be like all over.Everyone was so nice and helpful here.We just stopped in for a charge on our electric vehicle we rented - we were greeted by the owner, Chris. What a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Mitch was great about getting us hooked up and charging.The waiting area was clean and they offered beverages while you wait!The guys in the service dept. (Nate) was so friendly and helpful to arrange for someone to take us to get food! Ethan was just the sweetest as he took us to get food.Thank you to the entire crew here, if you’re in the area and looking for a car- highly recommend this group. I have no doubts they will care for their customers after the sale as well.

Had a great experience with the detail team at Graue. Ethan helpful when scheduling my appointment. Jared and Anthony did a great job getting my car clean inside and out. Henry used a clay cleaning material on my windshield that really helps improve visibility when driving thru heavy rain. I highly recommend.

This is the 2nd car I've purchased @ Graue, and I am very happy with both experiences. I live 30 miles from the dealership. Each time, the salesperson delivered the car to me for a test drive. And delivered it to me again for the purchase. We did the paperwork in our home. Issues with the car I pointed out during the test drive were taken seriously and corrected by their maintenance department before the deal was finished. The salesperson was honest and very knowledge able about the car and the history of the model we purchased. Graue gave me a fair deal on the vehicle I traded, as well. This is what car buying should look like.

In February, I traveled 2 hours to look at a Blazer they had, not really expecting that I would be able to walk out with it. Salesman Chad & sales consultant Terry really took care of me & made sure I left with my dream vehicle! Fast forward to today: I scheduled my first oil change & tire rotation with them, even being 2 hours away, I wanted to give them my business after they took such good care of me during my purchase process. After they finished, I got 3 miles down the road & my tire picked up something sharp & my tire was deflating fast. Service consultant Nate told me to come back & they would take a look. Not only were they able to repair it for me, he insisted I need not pay for it even though it was nothing they did. He just wanted me to make it home safe. I may live 2 hours away, but because of the caring & friendly people in this dealership, they will continue to get my business. The drive is worth it!

If you have not been to Graue you should when looking to trade up or purchase a vehicle. LeAnn and I have traded with Scott at Graue for several vehicles and appreciate finding Scott. This purchase was a 2024 Equinox which we look forward to driving several miles. You do not feel like you are pushed into buying at Graue. Scott will listen to you and work hard to accommodate you.
