Food is amazing and customer service is even better. So thankful for the personal service and not being forced to use a kiosk. FYI to Culver's management, if you decide to go the kiosk route, I will do the same thing to you i just did to your competitor....LEAVE and go somewhere else.

I cannot say enough about Heidi and her staff. Friendly, kind, quick, and professional. From the minute we walked in and visited the spotless bathrooms, then stood in a quick moving line. When Heidi greeted us she had a big smile, answered my questions, and didn’t rush me. The service was fast- and unlike our other Culver’s in Chicago, they delivered it to our table!

Floor was sticky and so were the tables. Bathroom floor was also sticky and needed tending. No paper towels in men’s. Hard for employees to wash hand without them.We eat at a Culver’s at least once a week. I was really disappointed in this one

Came through the drive thru and ordered a sourdough melt. Drive thru lady was very nice when taking our order and no issues there. We're on the road, so the minute we got back on the freeway(which wasn't even 5mins from receiving the food) I went to open the wrapper to eat it, but instead was presented with the sloppiest burger in existence. It was already soggy as heck and not even edible. The bread was not crispy at all nor toasted properly. It was just falling apart bit by bit when I tried picking it up to take a bite. Kitchen crew needs to step it up on the grill. I only know this is their mistake(and middles) for not cooking it properly and sending it out looking like that because I used to work here for many years and know what it should and shouldn't look like lol.

Exceptional service and delicious food. I'm not exaggerating when I say at least 3 (maybe 4) different employees stepped up to the counter to politely ask us what we'd like to order at different times in the 4ish minutes we were looking at the menu on the board. My family thoroughly enjoyed our meals! My Dad (who is hard to please) kept commenting compliments about his food and experience for the next 24 hrs. Will definitely be back!

7-29-23Upon walking in the door it appeared that there may have been a drain backup as there was what appeared to be toilet paper stuck in the entry rug... 😳 The floor was sticky also.Not a good look! At least clean the floors and rugs after a backup.This is the first Culver's location that we have been to that I was not 100% satisfied with the food portion size. Particularly the Atlantic Cod. The pieces were pretty small compared to what we have gotten in the past at other locations.The Cod was delicious as usual, it's just the portion was very small.Hopefully they get their act together soon.We may give them another chance when back by this way in the future.
