I will not take my puppy back there to be boarded. He is/was an energetic 7 month old puppy. He does nothing but sleep since I picked him up two days ago. He does not play, he can hardly jump up into the car, and he has explosive diarrhea. Very concerning to me!!

Cha-Dai takes the best care of my pups when I’m out of town. They even text me photos occasionally of them playing. My pups get so excited when we pull up and can’t wait to go inside.

They took such great care of my chocolate lab. We were gone on vacation and you could tell he was happy there and they were super friendly. Trimmed his nails and groomed him as well. Top notch

Cha Dai is my girls' home away from home. The staff is lovely and takes such good care of them. I appreciate that they get lots of outdoor time with lots of space to run. The photos they send are always appreciated, especially on long trips when I'm missing my girls!

I left my furbaby at Chai Dai for a week, and they were amazing with him! Gave many updates, spoiled him like no other, threw in a complimentary bath, and they were very accommodating! I loved being able to keep tabs on him and I don’t think i’ll be taking him anywhere else!!

As a former employee, I can say that Cha-Dai is an excellent boarding and grooming facility and should the need ever arise, I would definitely trust them with my own fur babies. They love on all the animals there as they would their own and keep everything very clean, organized, and sanitary. Was an excellent place to work and I learned a lot about responsibility, animal care, and customer service during my high school/college years. Highly recommend.

Please know that Cha Dai Pet Motel does not run this site. Our hrs are not listed correctly and we have tried numerous times to get Google to change them and they wont do it.. unless we pay them for their service. We did not set this page up and it is not maintained by us. Please call for our operating hours or check out our Facebook page.
