While the employees are friendly and helpful, the quality of the merchandise is not what I would normally purchase. It's OK for good prices on household cleaning and laundry items and paper products (it's a particularly good place for greeting cards) but certainly not for clothes or other home items. Aisles are close together and cramped.

The staff of the Lewistown Dollar General are very friendly and down home type of people. They're easy to talk to and even easier to like. And things are super easy to find that I'm looking for when I go shopping. And if I can't find them, any one of the girls working there are quick to hop on that and make sure I get what I'm looking for.

I always have a good experience when I go into our DOLLAR GENERAL store. The girls are always great help, it's clean and things are easy to find. They have everything I pretty much need. I hope we never lose our store!!

Bathroom is up a tiny, narrow winding staircase on second floor and doesn't have a door. Usually have what you're looking for though and good hours. They keep this store well organized and clean.

Horrible location.. I miss old building location. And the entrance and exit is dangerous .. definitely need a side walk separate from entrance and exit. Cars do not watch out for bikers or people walking up to d.g.. new building sux.. I miss the old building and location

Working on ice cream freezer a barrel of fun this was a fun place to work wish I was a single guy as most of the women that came in were very attractive while I was there working on the ice cream freezer there must have been 30 women coming in compared to three men that's a pretty good ratio for a single guy!

Live couple doors down which makes shopping very convenient! Love that there is always new stuff. Hate that you always have to look for a checker and end up standing forever.

Always have to wait for the cashier to come up to register. I try to avoid the store. Some cashiers are very professional others have bags of chips at register and check you out with food in their mouth.

The isles were mostly clear of the carts but it just feels 'packed'. But it was clean and organized unlike most that ive been to. Staff was friendly too.

The worst Dollar General in the area. Things that are on sale you ALWAYS have to tell them because it never shows up being on sale. They need to get some stuff in order there.
