There is only 2 checkout gals that are friendly. The others are so rude never say thankyou. And talking amongst themselves instead of paying attention to there customers. Very rude whats wrong with smiling .they always look so grumpyHave heard this from several people. Sullivans gals are rude.

Was driving through and stopped for snacks. Almost every person walking in and out of the store looked at me as if I was going to rob the place. The vibe of the customers was very unwelcoming!

Came from out of town. They had everything we needed. Loved the bakery fresh items. The store is clean and the staff are friendly. It is nice to find such a good grocery store serving a small town. Next time we drive through, we will know exactly where to go to get our necessities.

Amazing small town grocery store, Has a good selection food, The deli always has great hot and cold food. The donuts here are amazing, one of the best around in the area, you have to get there early if you want one since they go fast. Has a good beer and liquor selection for being a small grocery store.

Don't have the croissants for the croissant sandwich they have on the menu. The sub sandwich, super skimpy on the meat and very dry. The fried chicken luke warm. But that is just the deli. Other than the exorbitant prices it's pretty good.

The store overall isn't bad, although my complaint is with the deli. The store was still open, however when I asked for some meat to be sliced, I was told that the slicers have already been cleaned, and they didn't want to accommodate my request. In my book that is Very Poor Customer Service. The Customer definitely doesn't come first here ..

Convenient location for me to pick up something important on the way home instead of driving all the way to Freeport. Some prices are just like a convenient store, paying extra for that convenience.The gas station out in front needs attention. Some pumps not operating and some do not give receipts.

A nice hometown grocery store with a clean, friendly, organized feel. Prices are a bit higher than some people would pay frequently, but sales are weekly. Donuts are not as large as Stockton Sullivan's, have less variety, and frequently seem to be pestered with flies. There is a greeting card area, a good selection of home canning basics, and bakery, deli, dairy, produce, meat, freezer, and dry goods areas with good choices. There are some baby, pet, health and beauty areas. There are not many international food options, but the basics are very well represented.

A great place to get your groceries. The meat department is always fresh with great cuts of beef, pork and chicken. So Tasty!. They even have great pricing on the auto gas at their pimos.

Location is easily accessible on outskirts of town. Available checkout lanes are very limited. Prices are high on the majority of grocery items. Deli selection is very solid.

Very lucky to have a nice grocery store in Lena. We buy all our groceries here and don’t shop anywhere else, and the bonus is the fuel savings given for purchasing groceries. Most staff is friendly and very helpful!!

DISHONEST and RUDE!The manager insisted I wear a face mask and went to give me one, despite a medical exemption. I placed the mask over one ear and shopped. After checking out, the receipt showed an extra charge for the face mask as “edible grocery.” Needless to say, I am beyond angry that I was discriminated against and lied to regarding being given a “free” mask. I will not be shopping here anymore.

When I arrived at the store I didn’t have a mask (I have asthma) they offered me a mask but I refused and told them that I had a medical exception. They replied that they didn’t care and that I would have to wear it anyways. So I got what I needed and got out as soon as I could. When I later checked the receipt I saw that they charged me for the mask without telling me and called it a grocery edible.

I just wanted to thank ALL the staff at Sullivan's in Lena. They are all so friendly and helpful and I don't have one complaint! I'd especially like to thank the deli crew, who always go above and beyond to assist me with whatever I need! Thanks guys!!
