My 6 month old puppy went to daycare/enrichment today for the first time and he absolutely loved it! Mikayla and Izzy were amazing with him. They told me about his day at pick up and sent him home with a report card. He came home happy and most importantly, calm and tired! Highly recommend. ♥️

We brought our 2 doodles here when we went on vacation, and couldn't have picked a better kennel. From the first phone call to when we picked them up, every person I spoke with was so nice and helpful. We called and checked in on them a couple of times and got specific information rather than, "Oh they're doing just fine." When we picked them up, we even got a report card on feedings and exercise for each day. Also there are so many extras you can add on such as nightly treats, extra exercise and even training. Another perk is if your dog is there more than 5 days, they get a free bath, trim and nails clipped - love this! I absolutely recommend this kennel for all of your boarding needs.

I boarded 3 of our pups there and was very satisfied with the care. One has diabetes and wasn't eating initially, they got him to eat and did exactly asked, with his care. He is a nervous fella. The other 2 are soecial, but I was told they were very good. I am glad they get out play and are cared for exspecially during these very hot days. The pups were happy and we were very happy with their 💓 care. thank you!

My dog loves loves loves going to see her groomer. Great staff, very attentive and they truly care about my fur baby's needs. Will not take her anywhere else. They get booked very quickly and sometimes a long wait to get in but very much worth it!

Always impressed with the quality of grooming and the kindness of the staff! Boone always smells so good and is extremely fluffy when we get him back. They also give out the cutest bandanas when they send them home.

The care that my dog Bobo got was exceptional. The whole staff cares about what they do and the animals they care for. The staff is friendly and accommodating with situation changes. I had a vacation planned and an emergency came up and they worked with me with date changes. I so appreciated that. Bobo was well taken care of when he was finally dropped off for his kennel stay. I received a report card on his behavior when he was picked up which was thoughtful the staff took time to inform me of his behavior. He received a bath and pampering which I believe he enjoyed. He had yard time to play and run which he likes to do. All in all I'm completely grateful my dog was in such capable hands from all the staff. Thank you for the worry-free care of my dog. Highly recommend!

Recently boarded my dogs here after our usual options were booked up for the time needed. I was already nervous about it, as I had not heard great things about the new staff. Immediately regretted it and will never board again. First, as soon as we landed at our destination I got a call that one of my dogs was being aggressive and was no longer allowed in daycare. We’ve never had an issue with him around other dogs before, but at the end of the day they are animals and this was a new place to him, so I get it. If he was endangering my other dogs, by all means remove him from the situation. My complaint on this matter is that they could not tell me exactly what he was doing. Just kept repeating that he’s “being aggressive and the behavior wasn’t allowed.” Okay, but what is the behavior?? For future references, or just for personal knowledge with visitors, it would have been good information to have so I know what to watch for.My next issue of concern was the fact that I made reservations for both of my dogs to be groomed the afternoon prior to pick up. These reservations were made over 3 months prior to the trip, and confirmed at the time of drop off. The day of said grooming, I was contacted by my regular groomer (who works at another facility) and was told that she could groom my one dog the following day. I was confused, as I did not request this and had been under the assumption that both of my dogs were being groomed that day at the boarding facility as I had planned. She advised that JC Bed and Biscuit had messed up and overbooked the groomer, so they had reached out to her to try to fix this. I never heard about this incident from JCs until 8 hours later, at 6pm as they were closing for the day. They advised that only one dog had been groomed, and hardly offered any sort of apology for the lack of communication or inconvenience this had caused me since I now needed to take the un-groomed dog to another facility as soon as I picked him up the following morning.The tip of the iceberg was when I picked them up and noticed that not only was I overcharged by a total of $54, but that the dog who had not been groomed also had sores on his paws pointed out by his groomer that he had not had prior to boarding.I was offered a discount of 20% on a future groom for the dog that they forgot about, but that was almost comical to me because why would I even give a second chance?The day after all this, I had sent an email to the manager, whoever that may be (since the only person I ever spoke to was the very young front desk receptionist) and never heard anything back on that either. Lack of communication is a strong point for this company apparently.To say I am disappointed is a complete understatement, and if I could go back I would have trusted my instinct to stay far away from this establishment for boarding services.0/10, would not recommend.

I work at a local Humane Society. We had 2 small dogs come to us who were.in desperate need of grooming. One was very matted and hadn't been bathed in a long, long time. His ears were a mess and his nails were so long they curled into his pads. The groomers were wonderful! They knew these were special dogs and needed special attention. When I picked them up that afternoon, I couldn't believe the transformation!Two little sad sacks were now so happy and beautiful! It won't be long before they're adopted and the grooming has made all the difference!

We attempted to board our dogs there as a test run for our wedding! They were up front and honest with how our dogs were reacting! To the point that they didn’t charge us when we picked them up at 9pm that same night because my dogs were freaking out so badly! This honesty is why I give them a five star review! I would trust my dogs there again (if they could handle it) because I know that they will be honest with me and I ask for an update! Not just a lie to make money like many other kennels do.

I'm a disabled parent of my newest 4 -furr babies..my 3 girls just have been spayed and I knew I wouldn't be able to care for them if the were in the lower level and with my 17 yocat and their 5 month old brother..My Vet suggested J&C's..I did my research and called to make my reservation for 5 days..the Owners are great and very professional and pleasant..they call me daily with updates on their incision and how they are doing..I go out daily to see them and love them and the staff are really helpful and accommodating for me....They're the best!!!

they are a JOKE I just picked my 3 dogs up from being boarded here since Thursday due to me getting married over the weekend. First I called before I got there and asked them how much it would be so I could take cash out, when I called they told me it would be $198 then I get there and it was almost $340, then my one dog comes out and her head is soaked and the other 2 dogs aren’t wet at all there completely dry. This is the place I used to take my dogs for all grooming and shots, but I can guarantee you I will never go back again, as alls they care about is ripping off there customers.

I took my Australian to get groomed yesterday. Cori was his groomer, not only did he look gorgeous but Cori was so sweet. We are living here temporarily however I will continue to bring him back even after we move. Thanks.Cori you are awesome

First time we've kenneled our dog, so we were anxious about it, but Riley did well there, which was a huge relief. Our pooch isn't great with other dogs, so they were able to keep him separate. We'll definitely keep this place in mind the next time we head out of town. A+

This place will not get my service EVER again Cory is a wonderful groomer but I took my dog to get hair dyed for her to come back looking the same and got charged for it unbelievable this is the second time this has happened

Bed & Biscuit is a boarding kennel. I take my dogs there whenever I am out of town. The dogs are always excited when they figure out where we are headed. They are happy and healthy when i pick them up.They feed my dogs, attend to their needs, and bath them before pick-up time. That is what a kennel does. I could not ask any more of this establishment.I'm not sure what more any one would be seeking here. In fact, 2 of my friends kennel their 'boys' here as well. Bring your dogs to Bed & Biscuit for the best kennel service.

Highest boarding around. Rates are anywhere from $8 to $20 a night at this location. Our dog stayed 2 nights but since we did not pick him up until 4:30 pm that day, they charged us an extra night. The staff is friendly and took good care of our dog.
