Customer service is excellent, the optical department is excellent and convenient. Lisa that works in optical goes above and beyond to make sure any discounts that are allowed are applied.One of the main reasons I shop this location is because the employees are so friendly and helpful. Lil is an excellent manager and is a very hard worker. I see her helping with carts, pickup orders and pull up orders. She deserves a raise. Just FYI.One complaint is that they don't carry as much merchandise as other Target's so sometimes it's hit or miss on finding what you are in need of. Example. I need a black purse a few months back and there were only about 3 styles to choose from. Kohl's next door had even less of a selection. 🙄

This has to be the worst target experience I ever been to in Lemont, Illinois. I went to there to pick up items that I had ordered for hours ahead just to get there to take for them to tell me that I only had half my order and the lady don’t tell me that is nothing she can do and she canceled my order instead of allow me to go pick up at another store Customer service on the phone and the guy hang up in my face ain’t nothing he can do like how is it? Nothing I can do y’all customer service. This is so unprofessional that I was so uncomfortable as a black person in target are so racist and rude.

Terrible customer service. No one is ever at the counter for returns. They’re too busy working the curbside orders. Management needs to step up.

Over priced and cheap quality products. The only reason I go there is because of my Autistic Son. He likes to walk around in the store and buy some junk food that's all. Otherwise their clothing is 3rd class after one wash it is done. You can use them for rag and their quality is very cheap as well. Everything is over priced then Walmart. So I for one don't care about this store.

Why bother nobody here gives two craps about customers! Had a rude worker tried to buy a video game and got attitude from her and sass. I was asking you to get someone sorry you have to work! Don't bother go here unless you wanna wait or hurt down workers who hide from customers and act busy while on there phones.

Bianca was doing a great job multitasking doing pickup orders and she ran in when she saw me waiting at customer service and was very kind! Great to see these younger workers working hard!! I even herd one of the boys in the back say there were two call offs! Great job keeping it together tonight everyone way to work as a team!! Also big shoutout to the worker in Starbucks tonight what an excellent barista!

When I stopped in to get friends glasses a new screw to hold it together, I was GRATEFUL Lisa was working in the optical dept!!! She not only was able to fix the issue, but I was allowed to get my shopping done too! It was ready with a smile when I returned and I SMILED when I was told "No charge, just part of our customer service here. Glad to help." She even took a look at mine after asking if I needed anything.I hope you are glad when you meet and deal with Lisa. I WAS!!! She really understands the importance of Customer Service!

It's a very nice place to go to do your shopping warm friendly helpful staff. For a normal everyday person the prices are a little bit higher but it's nice if you need something quick I don't do a lot of big shopping there but higher quality more space better atmosphere beats Walmart out every time

When purchasing items from a registry online, Target, you SHOULD NOT allow opened, used & returned items to be put in the order! I'm now down a gift because I CANNOT include the item. I am very disappointed. Would expect better from Target. Be careful ordering online especially from the registry!

I shop at this target often. I have always had a pleasant experience while shopping. The employees are very nice and helpful. I have two children and one being a very social 4 year old. The cashiers are always very nice to him and talk with him. The store is clean and well stocked. I can find what I need 99% of the time.

I had wanted to try on a few swimsuit tops before purchasing them. I didn’t know if the fitting room was open because the lights were off. The worker came and told me very rudely that I needed to get out right this minute and she called security. Very rude worker! I have never experienced this before!

I cannot recommend using Target pick up. So often I struggle to get to the store and it tends to take so long to go shopping when I have the kids with me. Now I'm able to shop through the app, often times on my lunch at work, and pick it up before I even get home. I'm so grateful for this option to shop!

Over good experience minus dealing with theft protection. After asking about returning a faulty product. Which afterwards they decided that they would follow us through out the store. Constantly watching ever move. Made me feel like a criminal when all I wanted was to purchase gundam figure.

Purchased 1 Christmas tree on a Friday and left the store. Less than 2 hours later, I realized after looking at my receipt I was double charged. Drove back to the store to get a refund. Apparently there is only 1 ... ONE... O-N-E ... person who can review camera footage to confirm that I only purchased 1 tree and not 2, and he left for the day, so the manager Bree took my name and number and said to expect a call over the weekend once footage was reviewed, and if it was found that I was double charged, they would refund my credit card without me having to physically go back to the store. Monday came with no phone call, so I had to call them and it was confirmed that I was double charged. Then I was told that I had to physically go back to the store to get my refund. Not only did I have to wait 4 days to get the money they stole, but I had to make 2 trips to the store wasting my time, my gas and my lunch break to get the refund. I did not even get an apology. It was almost as if I inconvenienced THEM due to the double charge. This is NOT how a corporation should operate. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating.

Was racially profiled at self check by a employee named Lisa. Then when asked why she questioned if I scanned my item to purchase it she replied “I have a black child, I would do this to anyone.” Despite her not doing the same thing to the 3 other customers that happened to be white. Having a black child does not stop you from being racially bias. This was every disgusting the fact that we still have to deal with situations like this in 2022. Very disappointed in Target.

Edited: Husband bought a cheapie phone there for around 100 bucks. The screen had a slight damage that got worse about a day or two after coming out of the package. The store gives you 10 days to return it. It was activated in this store. I brought it back for a return/exchange and the manager Jonathan said because they are on a new system they cannot take it back! He send me away. I called the targets customer service number and they just had me walk walk into my closest Target (who also happened to have the same new system) and they returned it no problem in less than 5m minutes. Again. My opinion of Lemont Target is that they have the worst service out of ANY local target stores.Manager is rude and doesn't answer questions or help, just walks off in the middle of the transaction without explanation or answers. I think they just care about getting rid of customers instead of a positive experience that would entice the customer to stay and shop
