They were fast making my order, but failed to include milk and apple slices with my kids happy meal. They were able to correct it since we dined in, but you may want to double check your order before leaving. My burger was also dried out and tough at 6:30pm. Note: there is no longer an indoor playground at this location... they created more dining space instead.Kid-friendliness: No indoor playground

Rudest Couter Person Ever encounteres in my life. 03/17/24 Large Black Female wearing red hat no name tag. Ordered my food at kiosk. Was no one around to give me a drink cup. Sat patiently at table . Angry McD employee slams my tray down on the table mumbling some pidgin english hybrid language. I asked if I was supposed to get the drink at thr counter she mumbled something unintelligent angrily. I retrieved my cup and went to fill it at the fountain. She waddled over to me and asked me if I ordered a Big Mac I said yes, then she shoved a bag in my hands. I was confused because she already brought my sandwhich on my dine in tray. Im pretty sure she needs to be sent home

Stopped for a bathroom break. Upon leaving stopped close to door for papertowels. Slipped on wet no sign wet floor. Told male person at counter he needed wet floor sign and he just snickered and did nothing. A lady employee went and brought out wet floor signs.

Bathrooms were terrible, out of TP and paper all over the floor. Then ordered our food and went to get our drinks at the self-serve bar . They were out of literally everything and had to get it back at the register. My husband went to get a refill after we thought they refilled everything and they were dismantling it for the night, he ask if they were closing at 8pm and she told him no 9. Higher prices and worst food and service!!

Fast service and modifications on sandwiches were all correct. Drinks were incorrect but they remade them with no problem.Close to 3 miles off the highway exit so keep that in mind if you are hoping for a quick stop, this might not be the best choice.

The food was good and hot. The employee that waited on me was very friendly and polite. She had a smile on her face the order was right the inside of the restaurant was very clean. When I was getting my drinks the manager had given me a soda carry so that i wouldn't spill my drinks and they employee at the cash register had offered to help me but I said no and thank her for the offer. I didn't get her name but I hope she keep up the good work with her customers

food lately at all McDonald's has been not so good like it use to be i just go because i work a lot and have to get food fast the bread is dry and old not soft the bread is what makes a sandwich good nice soft fresh bread cant get it anymore and the fries are never cooked right they should be crisp with the right amount of salt i have to go there at least 4 times a week and every once in a while you will get the fries where they are cooked perfect and then one person on my crew will say man these fries are amazing and then before you know it everyone agrees after eating them they need to find a way to do the fries right every time and they will bring in more people more often

Worse place I've ever been to.They gave my order to the person in front of me then she handed it back to themThen they handed to me, I asked him is that the bag u headed to the person in front of me he said yes ,I told him I want it to be made over ,cause u do not had the order that u handed to the wrong person n drive through then hand it to the right ..he got nasty with me in front of my 9 yr old son and said dont start ,dont start ,dont start.Then some lady came to the window and asked what's wrong with the order I told her the same thing,she said I bagged the order very hateful I told her it was wrong I want it to be remade fresh I worked at Hardee's for yrs and you dont do that.She said to pull up to reserve number 1 very hateful so I did.A very nice man came and told me he remade my order ..Wen I got home I called Mc DonaldCustomers Service and complain about my experience there ..I will never go back to this Mc Donald's again

Their fries 🍟 are trash, burgers are greasy. Ordered a chicken nugget happy meal they gave us a cheese burger instead. Ordered a $3 cheese danish it looked like someone took a bite of it and it was small to begin with. Why i stop going to McDonald's in the first place. Y'all get paid to much to reheat food. Try making it from scratch.

Service was really slow at the drive thru the car ahead must have had a very*very large**large order we were behind them for 15 minutes they were talking to theSpeaker. I finally went around parked and went inside placed my order with the machine. The food was what we ordered ,hot except the fries were a little cold, th ed CHICKEN NUGGETS WERE AWFUL STATED my 7 yr old grandaughter, SHE WOULD NOT EAT THEM, I actually got them for my dog not her, she dod ask for them seperately, I refused she got a happy meal my dog did eat them. I would never buy them for her especially after this experience it would have been wasted money she said "they are awful" i believethee were over cooked. The rest of the food was good was good I am not a mcdonalds fan, I always request they do not put any kind of sauce on my burger, ketchup mustard together.. yKid-friendliness: They are one if the few mcdonalds that still offer a playard, this is one of the main kids had for McDonalds , taking th ef m away I am certain has coat Mcdonalds franchises a lot of money. When my kids were little their favorite place to go was mMcDonalds we took them every saturday and all birthday partys had to be at MickeyD's, I am do sorry to see them go my grandaughter loves it, now I won't stop there unless they have the play area .
