I was parked in the loves RV parking near the front of the store and was out walking my dog in the light rain between 530 and 6 AM when a Honda Civic shot by me at somewhere between 25 and 30 miles an hour which was totally insane given. It was near the fuel pumps and parking and I was out there in the middle right where they went by. A guy came up to me shortly thereafter and said hey, I wouldn’t talk to the person driving the civic and it’s the manager of the Hardee store. As I was getting ready to leave, I went into the Hardy store to talk to the manager, and all I got were a bunch of blank. Looks when I asked who the manager was. Here’s the photo of her license plate. Someone at Hardee’s ought to chat with her about this. Was limited visibility, completely dark, and they blew through it like it was a freeway.Parking: Well, the parking that’s part of both loves and Hardy is great. As long as you don’t mind having the manager of Hardee’s drive-through like it’s in Indy 500.

Monday, April 8th after the eclipse, the place was packed and yet the food came quickly and was fresh and may have been the best Arby's my boyfriend and I have ever had.Didn't love sitting next to the bell, I wouldn't recommend that.

Typical Arby's at a truckstop. Was a little busy at the tail end of the supper rush around 6:30 pm.Fairly quick service, only hiccup was they forgot to give me a cup for the drink. I ordered the bacon'n brisket Beef 'n cheddar combo.Booth was a bit uncomfortable as I had to squeeze into it. LOL!

10/21/21 4am. Angie & the cook get 5 stars for excellent service today! I am working OOT staying in a hotel for weeks now and had a large order to pick up for my co-workers. She had 15 hot sandwiches out to my car in 15 minutes, including a turnover and lots of sauces. I was able to fill up my gas tank while they prepared the food. And she was sweet, kind and smiling. What a pleasant experience in the midst of a world where nothings been normal since covid began!AND they got the order completely correct!Everyone said "how'd you get hot sandwiches this morning?!"Thank you Angie & the cook!!!I'm thinkin' Arby's... gets an A+ and 5 stars!!!

I have to say I was overly impressed! Food was hot and quick, but the experience of the team made the visit! The communication among themselves to have things moving was amazing and the respect shown to each other. This has lately been a rare occurrence in any of my fast food experiences. Great job!

Really just hope this is read in time to save anyone from tasting the unsweet tea we just hit from here. This is very foul and needs to be dumped and possibly sanitized.Otherwise, the meal and service was very pleasant

If they could get order's put together correctly, I would give a better rating. But they completely screwed mine & the next customers orders up!! He ended up with my burger because the nitwit handing out the orders somehow took my burger with extra cheese & no onions & then added his sides... I should've taken my friggin' burger & gave the next customer his mozzarella sticks so I could get my waffle fries. smh... I guess I'll survive, but come on, I ended up having to wait an extra 10 minutes for my burger to be remade. The cook was slightly perturbed as well! No one had a good experience except the guy who received extra cheese on his burger that he didn't pay for. I'm not stopping here again, most likely. The cashier/order taker couldn't figure out how to switch the curly fries for waffle fries either... so I had to request them from the bag loader person. What a joke... lol

Look the staff here are very nice and the lady that took my order I can tell you right now she isn’t paid good enough she is very tentative and she takes your order like you are sitting down at a really nice restaurant. Michelle C you are awesome and very kind and professional! Would NOT expect that at a Arby’s! They got a good one here! Give that lady a raise immediately! :-) my food was great thanks

I went there to use the drive through order and pick up. It was closed. So I went in, even though it is difficult. I had a simple order. A beef and CHEESE, cherry turnover, and a Mac and cheese. Get home, and there is no cheese on the sandwich!!! It was on my receipt. How hard is it to make a simple sandwich?? Then I try to call and they won't answer the phone. I will go back tomorrow after work. If not taken care of will contact corporate

The food food was amazing but the service was a little rough but a woman came out and took over and everything went better. I luckily checked before we left with our order because they had forgotten an item.

This place seems to be rolling downhill. The food is barely up to par, at night that is. Always a long slow moving line, and I think the just they open and close whenever they want these days. To hell with regular posted hours, let's just wing it!! Lol.
