I take my boys there monthly… the service is great very friendly, understanding. I have one that has speciality issues and they help with that. The family is great. For the price summer cuts can’t go wrong… if you’re looking for your dogs to look like show dogs go else where and spend 3 times the price. There helpful and will be back next month yall!

Every time I go the workers are so incredibly friendly and accommodating to my schedule. My dog was rescued and is very anxious/fearful in new spaces, but she has been going in and out with less fear. Very happy with the care and the grooming. :)

made appt for my teddy bear puppy. They did a ok job. Then made another appointment. I had this appt for weeks then the lady calls me the day before his appt and says i need to Tranquilize my puppy or cancel the appt. I asked why in the world would i get a dog tranquilized? The lady told me he needs to be tranquilized because he i too playful. Im like hes a puppy but ok. I canceled my appt. But pleaase BE AWARE. THIS IS NOT GOOD PRACTICE

On October 19th, I arrived to pick up my pet from her grooming appointment only for the groomer to casually tell me that my dog ‘decided to lick the blade and cut her tongue’. My dog was still actively bleeding and as I received no information from the groomers on how to proceed and I have no idea how to triage an animal, I took my baby to the vet to get checked over. Her bleeding continued minimally and the vet deemed it necessary to give her an antibiotic to protect her from any risk of infections. I called the groomers to update them on the matter as well as the fact that I thought they should cover all associated cost with this. I spoke directly to the owner who was neither respectful or disrespectful but very matter of fact and stated, “we’ll only pay for the antibiotics due to how long you’ve been a customer”. He also equated my dog’s tongue being cut as equivalent to a child biting their tongue and he would’ve never taken his animal to the vet for that. I let him know that even if my child bit their tongue, if bleeding persisted, I’d be in the emergency room making sure they were ok so that’s an awful comparison. Any reputable business would’ve called me immediately when the incident occurred, paid for all cost associated with the incident including the grooming as well as a wellness call the next day to see how she was doing. None of this happened so I’ll assume my business means nothing to them. I’ll also make sure that my mother and my aunt’s business with them ceases as well considering the present circumstances. I believe that mistakes and accidents happen but the accident occurred in their care so I feel it needed to be made whole and it wasn’t.

Exceptional service. The hours, staff and prices are all great. You can tell that when my dog Maximus comes out from being groomed, his attitude has changed, because he knows he looks and feel better. I recommend this business to anyone who wants great service for their dog.

I really like taking my fur baby here!!! They came highly recommended from a friend and I have always been satisfied. Missy doesn't like to get her nails clipped, but they work with her and she loves them. The prices are very reasonable and I believe they genuinely love what they do. We've been going for over 3 years and will continue to be loyal customers.

Haircut is great but they cut the hair too short on my dog in 2 places it is really bad and he is bleeding. Do not come here! They are nice but I do not think they have much experience.

Brought 2 dogs for grooming...1 had a bad cut under her neck when she was picked up. Owner said that both dogs had cuts because of how I walked my dogs on a leash. The funny part to this accusation is that my pets do not have walks or ever wear a collar! They run free in an acre of land in the back yard. I personally wash them the daybefore and therewas no cuts.After looking for these marks on the dogs, only 1 had a terribly deep bad cut u der her neck that was fresh...hate liers that try to cover up their grooming mistakes. Be careful
