Vicky is THE BEST dog groomer!! When she relocated to the Lake Zurich Petco store from Highland Park, I chose to drive an extra half hour each way (which is 2 hours total on grooming day) just to stay with her. Also, the person at the register and all the staff are always so helpful. Thank you!

The groomer cut the corners, and left the neck hair untrimmed on my Golden Retriever. To be fair, I am a new pet owner and did not have clear idea on what style I wanted for my Goldie, and just relied on groomer's good judgement and intentions. Nonetheless, untrimmed neck hair stand out as corners cut.
