Wonderful store. Outstanding products. The owner, Jody Page has an incredible amount of knowledge on feeding your pet healthy foods. There is a lot of variety for food and health products. I felt very comfortable Shopping in the store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Love the patriotic feel of the store. Very welcoming. And the freeze dried treats are terrific.

I came by early this year looking for cat and dog treats I could pass out in little packets at my dads memorial service- he loved his cats. The lady who helped me went above and beyond and showed compassion and kindness. Thank you again for all your help, it means a lot. I would recommend this place to anyone. And there are bonus cats walking around the store :)

I've been going to Page's for my dogs' needs for eight or nine years. Loved it when they moved closer to our home into a huge space that allowed expansion of their already extensive line of natural, healthy foods and products. This store has everything you could want to keep your dog and/or cat healthy and happy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Joanne is always such a delight and Jody, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable. She has always been very helpful when either of my dogs have had a special health need. They have a huge range of natural foods and usually have samples they'll give out for your dog to try before having to buy a whole bag (my current dogs love just about any food, however my older dog before them was a very picky eater, so it was nice to know I wasn't going to waste money on buying bags of food she wouldn't eat!) Although the store does not have high visibility on Rt 12 (look for the Apple Storage sign) I highly recommend seeking it out. You won't be disappointed with their selection and service!!

Decently proved and you get a great variety of products as well as good quality. A lot of organic and raw foods for all sorts of pets. I went in there looking for raw beef bones which from what I was told are bought from a butcher in WI I believe. Bought fresh and then frozen at the store. My dogs LOVED them. Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area!

It took me a few years to first visit Page's but when I finally did I never went anywhere else for food for my cat and dogs. Pages carries all the best all natural high quality foods for my pets. The prices are very reasonable and they often have specials going on that they always make sure to tell you about when you visit. All the Page's employees are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I once asked about a product they didn't carry and a week later I stopped in and they had it in stock and ready for sale. Although it's a great product, many people dislike it because of it's fishy smell but my dogs love it and Page's keeps it in stock for me anyway. Where else are you going to get such personal service like that? The Wauconda location is larger and carries much more product than the Island Lake location but if you tell them about a product you would like to see at the Island Lake location they will make sure to have it there for you. I can't recommend Page's enough to everyone with pets especially cats and dogs. They go way out of their way to satisfy their customers.

I have been a loyal customer at Pages Healthy Paws for 3+ years. Jodi and the entire staff are always friendly and helpful. The grain free food I always purchase is always in stock with a wide assortment of flavors available. Jodi's knowledge and expertise has helped me out numerous times with my older kitty who is now 22.5 when we have been going thru medical issues and holistic supplements are an option. Jodi knows all this stuff and I really find a sense of comfort coming to the store and bouncing ideas around for various holistic treatment options. I'm a customer for life!

Everyone is so friendly and love all animals that come to visit with their owners. Jody Page, the owner has so much knowledge regarding animals and wants only the best quality life for each and every animal. She researchs every product before she allows it to be sold in her store to make sure it is safe for the animals. I would not shop any where else for my dog products. It is so wonderful to have healthy treats that you can give the animals as well. I am so thankful for Pages Healthy Paws!

As advertised, only (and best) tag your pet will ever need! Fits snugly on collar, writing is etched clearly and deeply, lots of room for lots of info! Have purchased one each time we have new pet and they never need replacing ( like the cheapos that come out of machines at pet stores). Quality and service A+++!

This place has been a lifesaver for my special needs foster dog. A specialty dog food the vet said she had to go on could only be found at paiges. I have no idea what I would have done without Jody's expertise and advice. Jody has a sincere concern for dog's well-being and she is extremely knowledgeable on all of the products. Throughout a lengthy process of trial and error with my foster dog's food Jody was so supportive and help me out with free samples whenever she could. I would highly recommend shopping here if you want someone who is knowledgeable about their products and really stand by them rather than a big Superstore where the employees don't know what ingredients are in your dog's food.

Was recommended this place from Kseniya a Dog Trainer, Wish I would’ve made it out sooner, my doggy has allergies along with prior bladder stones and was Put on a prescription diet Which A. was breaking the bank and B. Was complete garbage. Jody the owner was freaking awesome and totally knows her stuff, she recommend a dog food and supplement that my other dog can eat as well, And they both devoured it given the fact that’s he’s a super picky eater. Just wish they were open a little later though...but other then that, this is the place to go for your dog food needs, Jodi will work with any dietary needs!

I love this store the staff is well informed to help any customer with their pets needs. They offer a large selection of product and can help with any dietary concerns you have. My dogs can't wait to go there and get free treats they start crying in the car when were a block away. One of dog's tore his ACL and needed surgery but the vet wanted him to lose 15-20 lbs. before he would do the surgery. Jody helped me with a diet for him that was balanced and nutritious and he was able to have the surgery a month later. I can't say enough about the staff they are great.

My dog is very picky, has an extremely sensitive digestive track, has autoimmune disorders and acute pancreatitis. I went in on the recommendation of several friends and found that not only were there many different options in both wet and kibble, but the owner REALLY knew her stuff. Made suggestions that my dog would be able to tolerate, and recommended a probiotic as well. He is loving his new food.
