Odin and I stopped in on our way home from the Lake Forest dog park and we had a wonderful experience! He got so much love from the lady who helped us (I am so sorry I don't remember her name). She gave him free treats and I was able to let him pick out a few things to bring home! She was also very knowledgeable about the dog food and was able to give me suggestions! We will be back 100%. I have been a loyal customer to Chewy because they have had such great customer service, but I received amazing customer service from a local company and that is good enough for me!

Fantastic experience. Matt was super helpful with getting the right food for my pups, who have tons of allergies. He also carried my heavy bag of food to my car, in some pretty questionable weather. I'm so happy we found this store, even though it's almost an hour away. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

My visit with Clementine to PetPeople/Hollywood Feed was as they always are--amazing! Jesus and Jaunita could not be kinder and more welcoming to me and Clemmie. Treats, love, sitting on the floor with her, a take home toothbrush, great product suggestions--all the things that make it Clementine's favorite store. Every time I tell Clemmie we're going to "The Dog Store" she nearly pulls my shoulder out of my socket, she gets so excited. Jesus had a great suggestion regarding a kong treat that I had already been giving to her, how to make it better. Support this store however you can! Great people who love our four-legged friends like we do.

Jesus & his team at the Lake Forest location are so great! Matt, Leslie, Jolene, Lance & Brianna all recognize him as soon as we walk in and Rizzo does a little happy hop and takes a lap around the shelves! Everyone is kind & sweet with my extremely shy dog and he feels very safe & comfortable there.

Really enjoy having this lovely resource right in my town. The people that work here are very friendly and accommodating.I know this is a chain of stores but I always feel like I am walking into an independent "main street" store when I walk in.Large selection of product with a more "gourmet" feel. Quality seems better than a typical big box store .

I like going to Hollywood Feed because the store is very organized and there is always someone there to help you if you need assistance. I also observed they have better quality foods which is better for our pets. Thry also have a good assortmet of good food to choose from. I love Hollywood Feed store in Lake Forest, Illinois.

All of the employees are so sweet and you can tell they really love animals. They are very knowledgeable about the products and make great recommendations. It is very pricey, so I buy pet food here but it’s nice for treats or other items.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a great selection of products including healthier brands of foods than many other places offer. They have treats for training and good toys, cat towers and pet beds. There's some medicinal options as well.Overall a great and friendly atmosphere, leashed pets are welcome. I love letting my puppy pick out a couple treats and/or toys for herself

I'm so happy I finally stopped in there, the staff is so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me some free samples of treats for my kitty, which he loves. The store is so well stocked with a huge variety of just about anything you can think of and more. Your doggies are aloud to shop as well as long as their on a leash.

This store and the people inside are just WONDERFUL! We just brought our pup Purdy by and they made her day. So helpful with suggestions for our fierce chewer and smart girl. Suggested some puzzle games that she already loves! They were so understanding of her oddities too and made us feel like they loved her instantly. Highly recommend!!

The Pet People, LAKE FOREST. We took our Golden Retriever in today for a bath for the first time. The store and the bath area is meticulous! A gentleman who works in the store, Jesus, and his coworker couldn’t have been kinder, polite and so accommodating. It seems this is rare in today’s society. Thank you Jesus for a great experience.
