What an amazing experience with Aquacave. They had a very hard to find Fluval tank and stand. They shipped it in a timely manner, communicated really well, and delivered a variety of other parts for our new setup. I am beyond excited as this was a birthday gift for my 10 year old son. Highly recommend this company. They did an awesome job and I am super thankful for them.

yes I received the product, but not what I thought I ordered. the detail button on the web sit did not work so I relied on the pitcher of the product witch was 2 of the same and break down of the pump head so I thought that is what I was ordering, and what I got is just the face plate of the pump head. then there was the shipping, the order was paid and express shipping also paid, the shipping was set to be at my door on Friday but every day on the day it was to be delivered I got a email from FedEx saying it would be delivered tomorrow and this went on for 4 business day, i finally got it on Thursday. so in short, I fill that I was mislead and now I have to order pump head and get it overnighted. major set back!!

I ordered a Sicce Shark Pro 500 submersible power filter and two extra filter modules . This was the only place that I’ve found that actually sells the complete module filter add-on and not just the filter material that goes inside the modules and at a great price as well! Shipping was fast as well!

I paid for faster delivery and still have not seen my order I called and was told oh sorry it is not our fault it was mailed and now its your problem and out of our hands. Horrible customer service .If I could give a ZERO star I Would ... but gave 1 because I wanted to warn others DO NOT SHOP WITH AQUACAVE.

I received my brand new skimmer pump in a timely manner. It was brand new, and came with the warranty card. My skimmer is now making bubbles again. Thanks aquacave! I will be back if I need to replace any of my other aquarium equipment.

We ordered a 32.5 gallon aquarium and stand and it was shipped quickly and arrived well packed and safe. It is set up and acclimating now and we are quite pleased so far. The stand was a bit of a challenge to put together, but we managed eventually :-).

Horrible experience. My brother bought testing kits from this company. When received there was expired products. When we called the company they said we had to pay for shipping to return the expired products. Save your money and a headache and buy from a reputable company like bulk reef supply or Amazon.

Customer service has declined, return policy is horrible and the price match is a joke. These guys use to be a good company, but something has changed or they have new management. It’s better to buy from BRS where you have a peace of mind if something goes wrong or need them to price match.

Bought a Milwaukee regulator from them one year ago. It failed about a year in (which is certainly not their fault) but am still waiting on a call back re: if there is anything they could offer to mitigate. I’d agree that the customer service has fallen off.
