Love Yuppy Puppy, they take such great care of my Louie and Ivy! Appreciate the cameras in the play areas so I can see how they're doing. When they're overnight boarding I miss them so much yet I know they're in great hands!

I have used YP for years, they’re so good! Just today, I called their office (on a Sunday) because I was in a last minute pinch for boarding and left a voicemail on their line. I immediately got a call back from Betsy saying that they could board my dog Oakley. Unreal responsiveness and care for their customers, thank you!

The best staff out there! Our Sadie loves it. The online cameras are a hoot to watch when you get time. Kinda like spying on your kids, and you find out they are even better away, than at home! Thank you for taking care of our Sadie and Molly!

Such a wonderful place for pups! The staff is so kind and helpful. They take wonderful care of the dogs, my puppy cannot wait to get out of the car as soon as we pull up. I can’t speak highly enough of how compassionate and sweet the girls there are. If you’re hesitant about leaving your dog, yuppypuppy will take great care of them!

We love Yuppy Puppy! My dog loves other dogs, but is pretty shy around humans. But I see her (cautiously) greet the staff there, and she doesn't do that to just anyone! I think they do a great job at making her feel safe and welcomed. She has spent nights there over the last year, and we have been very satisfied with the staff, customer service, and the atmosphere they provide. - One time we sent our dog there with a small cut on her neck, and the staff pointed it out right away when we picked her up, concerned that she may have gotten it while staying there. We assured them that we were aware of it and she had gotten it from her collar a few days before. That made us feel trusting that they take care of the dogs, always examine them, and if our dog were to ever get hurt there, they would handle it appropriately!

Our 5 dogs have been coming to Yuppy Puppy for years. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, the facility and most importantly, how well they treat our fur babies.One of our dogs is particularly needy and everyone here knows how to handle her, which is not always easy. We also adopted a very fearful dog a year ago and everyone here has been so helpful in getting her acclimated. She is doing great and never hesitates to jump out of the car when I drop her off now.You can watch the Webcam to see how much fun your dog is having, which is fantastic. Everyone here is lovely when I call (too much) to see how our dogs are doing. Always a call back with a full report if they are too busy to pick up.Very grateful to have Yuppy Puppy as a wonderful place to leave our dogs when we can't take them with us!

I would like to help balance out the reviews for Yuppy Puppy, since there have been some bad ones recently.We have been using them for the last 3-4 years now with two dogs.Our dogs have always been happy with Yuppy Puppy. We try to tune in the web cams every day while they have been there and the dogs look happy. We do not see any issues like the ones described by some reviewers.Yuppy puppy is a very good place to take your dog. They are kind and caring and professional.Keep up the good work YP!

I dont seem able to reply to your comment, so I'll put it here. This is Kimber's mom. You definitely have my husband on there, not entirely sure why I'm not, you should at least have my number for emergencies. We love your dog care and appreciate the times you've been patient and helpful with Kimber. And, when we compare to our former daycare that is now too far for us to go to, you're more expensive and apparently don't know who I am even though I dropped Kimber off and picked her up for a week straight not too long ago. It's a little hurtful and embarrassing that I now have to justify not only who I am, but my relationship to your business over 1 star. I think yall are a good daycare, and there are just a couple small things that we liked more about our old place.

I would like to start by mentioning this review is for the boarding as well as the grooming. The boarding experiences we have had here are excellent and they always take great care of the dog while we are gone. The webcams are a nice way to be able to check in when we would like.The reason for the 3/5 is the boarding is a 5/5 and the grooming experience we had was extremely poor. There were explicit instructions and it was written down to not cut our dogs tail, and upon pickup we noticed the end of the tail was cut off with no explanation on why the groomer would do this. The body of the dog was not trimmed at all and the cost of the cut did not justify the service we received.

***In response to the owner***I gave Yuppy Puppy 2 stars for my review of the company two months ago. The response from ownership has encouraged me to be more descriptive.While I was upset about Benji not being able to return to Yuppy Puppy, I was mostly dissatisfied with the lack of communication from the staff. I chose Yuppy Puppy because of the location and the cage-free environment.The staff would tell many times that although Benji was not interacting much with the other dogs, he was still behaving well. Staff only expressed to me that Benji had been acting out after two months of ‘good behavior’. I was surprised at the news, but I assumed that it was a single occurrence. This behavior had not been exhibited by Benji at any other doggie daycare. The reported bad behavior supposedly continued during an extended boarding period of approximately two weeks. When picking him up, the staff told me that he did exhibit some “bullying” behaviors, but that there was no need to be concerned and that he was allowed to come back.I kept him away from Yuppy Puppy for three months, returning to spend the remaining prepaid sessions. However, when Benji returned, so did his reported behaviors, and we were asked to not return after three sessions.At no point were the shaking or snapping behaviors brought to me when interacting with staff. At this point, I can only conclude that the staff failed to actually communicate their concerns regarding my dog.

My dog has been going there coming up on a year. By far one of the best daycares around. The staff are phenomenal & I spoke with the owner due to a concern & she was accommodating, attentive & very caring. Wouldn't send my little guy anywhere else. Side Note: I just perused through the rest of the reviews & was very surprised to read someone saying a dog was left in a small cage with a pool? You can watch your dog on their webcam & there are No small cages with pools. ? A shame to make false claims as I have honestly never met a more loving team.

I used the Yuppy Puppy when travelling from work. Being from Texas I care a lot about my dog and his treatment. THE YUPPY PUPPY WAS AWESOME. The staff was attentive, facilities were clean, and most importantly my dog was happy and healthy each day when I picked him up.

I love bringing my dog here. We take him (Monty/Jack Russell ) to get his nails cut and filed and board him here when we go out of town. They have a quiet place for him to relax since he can be a nervous dog sometimes and they let him play with other dogs when he feels more playful.

Love them! Been using them for years and they just keep getting better!!! I’m so sad to leave my pups but they always come home just fine - other places they came home depressed and shaken. They’re big babies so coming home rested and happy is amazing.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL HERE! I watched my dog get hit in the face and shoved ON CAMERA. After notifying the owner (who admitted fault), they are still allowing the woman to work there a week after the incident, endangering other dogs. Please be warned that Yuppy Puppy DOES NOT have your dog's best interest in mind.

I came in town recently and family recommended Yuppy puppy while I visited. Staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their facilities are clean and organized. I will use again when I visit family again.

I have been watching the puppy cams for a couple months now and have noticed that one of the employees is very aggressive with some of the dogs. It makes me feel really uncomfortable to leave my dog there any longer.
