William in the pharmacy is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!He went out of his way to help me with my Insulin and helped me cover a lifesaving amount of the cost! Right when my family needed help the most.Absolute 10/10 Angel of a human-being.This has been my favorite Walgreens for years. Everyone who works there is always so kind and compassionate regardless of what is going on in our changing world and I think our community is just so fortunate to have such warm and wonderful people available to help us when we need it the most.

I was at Walgreens today and Milka was amazing which she is always. It's so nice to have a familiar face around. I didn't have to wait long the last few times which was really nice.These Walgreen's need help corporate office. You're over working your staff. They are busier than ever. They need help. We are waiting too long to pick up our prescriptions.

They never delivered our prescriptions. After 2 days we went to the Walgreens to pick them up ourselves. They were on the side of the counter in a bag. She handed us the bag and did not even apologize. We'll never ask for delivery again. Horrible service.

They get 2 stars because sometimes, with 40+ minutes of perseverance, you get what was actually prescribed. Otherwise they are scary! They cancel actual prescriptions from your doctor for NO reason and without notice, put you on hold for (no exaggeration) over 20 minutes before hanging up on you, and worse of all don’t even to have the competence to apologize??

Horrible. Guy working the drive thru on the evening of 12/11 is incompetent. I waited 20 minutes with two kids, one of them sick. Drove 10 minutes each way. He seemed all rattled….then I get home, and realize he totally forgot to give me the medicine (only gave the device for my daughters asthma inhaler). So upset. Stay away, they’re terrible

There's like 10 pharmacists back there and they can't figure out how to get orders out. One guy is just standing around like looking for help it's like maybe move to the next person and help somebody else while you're waiting! Incredibly discouraging! I should have gone to Lake Forest in the first place. I guess I'm just confused how you have that many people working and you're still going that slow! It's not rocket science just do better good Lord

Luz was the cashier at the consultation who helped us today...She was fantastic...We were having issues online setting up an appointment for a covid-19 shot and she helped us...The was clean...Besides the men's bathroom that was a messed everything else in the store seems to be on point...No long lines...You have employees stalking shelves left and right...I really like how the store looked and how everyone seems to know their places and doing what must be done to keep the customers happy...Get the men's room straight next time you get a 5***** 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ 🌠 💫Bravo Walgreens.... 👏 👏 👏

It's terrifying that this pharmacy is responsible for helping people stay alive. They are truly incompetent. They take considerably more time to fill prescriptions than any other pharmacy in the area and not just a few hours, it's days sometimes. They send erroneous notifications that prescriptions are ready when they don't even have the medication in stock. If you like being lied to, long wait times, paying more for things, and absolutely infuriating levels of incompetence then you have found your place.

Pharmacy is understaffed. Long lines and always a problem with getting my medication. It’s either not ready, or they haven’t returned the doctors call. Being a customer of Walgreens is being part of the third world medical system.

Would not recommend anyone utilize this pharmacy. It appears that every time I’m told a medication will be ready at a certain time (even after waiting 4-5 days after they said it would be ready) the medications are never ready. Iv called in and have told them I’m out while waiting for a refill and they promise it will be ready the next day after noon. I show up, it’s not ready so they give me a partial fill after waiting 30 min and tell me the rest will be ready by tomorrow afternoon. I wait 5 days and come back only to be told they are not ready yet and will have to wait 30 min for them to be ready. I don’t understand why consistently I have had this problem with Walgreens and only Walgreens. Save yourself time and go somewhere else. It’s also impossible to get on the phone with the staff sometimes, it takes me up to 40 min at times to get a hold of the pharmacy only for the replayed message to never make it into their system or pharmacist.

The employees here are so rude and disrespectful. Would never go back to this Walgreens. One of the older employees smokes right outside of the entrance. That’s disgusting!!

I have used Walgreens for most of my health and prescriptions but without a substantial increase in service levels I will switch. Apparently Walgreens is unable or unwilling to combine my vaccination history to reflect shots I have received there in the last twelve months. In addition when I showed up in advance of a scheduled vaccination appointment I still waited more than 20 minutes before receiving the vaccine. Yet when I was there on a different day with no one waiting I was told that I couldn’t just walk in for an appointment. That seeming contradiction is hard to understand. You can’t get a vaccination when no one is waiting. Instead you have to schedule an appointment and then wait 20 minutes. Walgreens needs to do better at managing this process.

The past few prescriptions I’ve had refilled have taken over a week to get finished. When I’ve called to check on them, I’m kept on hold for over half an hour most times. Also been hung up on a few times while I’ve been sitting on hold.Run out of a prescription 3 times in a row now because of how long it takes.

My doctor called in pain meds after surgery. After attempting multiple phone calls, I finally went there and had to wait for them to fill the prescription 30 hours later. They just don’t care.

I was the only one at the counter. The pharmacist and the tech stood there chatting. Pharmacist even made eye contact with me but said nothing. I continued to wait. The pharmacy student came around from the window where she just finished helping that customer. Apparently she was the only one willing to work. They couldn’t even acknowledge my presence. So, so, so rude, yet typical. It seems like everyone in the pharmacy hates their job. Store employees are always friendly though.

The pharmacy is understaffed making for long, long wait times. They also have listed a daily closed time during the day when they are unavailable so they can have a staff meeting. AMAZING!! No other pharmacy has shown such disdain for their customers. Once I was told the prescription would take 20 minutes to fill. After waiting 40 minutes I complained .. No apology..just told that it was being worked on. The staff at the front counter is friendly, but the pharmacy people are overworked. Only two people have been there over a year...the others have moved on. The prices of other items is always more expensive than at competitors even when on sale.

I shop here every day, living only a few blocks away. For years I've been coming here for all my quick shop and pharmacy needs and the staff couldn't be more friendly, warm and welcoming. People like Jeannie provide a consistently friendly atmosphere, and there are always great deals and marked down items to keep one coming back to browse!!!

I recently moved to Lake Forest. Every time I go to this Pharmacy I have problems, either it is waiting in line to pick up meds for over 45 minutes to the Pharmacy screwing up my prescriptions. This has happened now over 10 times. I will no longer go their to get my prescriptions filled. The service is unacceptable and my time is more valuable than the time wasted waiting only to find out that the pharmacist can fill my prescriptions. I never had these problems in Lincolnshire.

Melina Gil is one of the pharmacy technician at this pharmacy, extremely rude an ddisrespectful. While i was trying to figure out the prescription for my kids and trying to find ut why insurance is not going through. She took the phone from other person whom i was talking started shouting at me an dthen hung up. Later i tried to call and wanted to talk to someone supervisor Ms.Ross and Mr.Josh they bpth said she is very nice and Ms.Ross hung uo and said nothing.I had been treated disrespectfully just because i was tryingt o figure out why insurance is not going through. Melina Gil is disgust.

Horrible in all respects -- this Walgreens consistently does not answer their phones, does not fill scripts correctly, does not fill scripts on time, and does not make any attempt to resolve these concerns after repeated reporting of them to staff in the pharmacy department.

Tried to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy hours are open at 9 am. And the pharmacist was not there. Just the customer service at Walgreens is horrible.
