still waiting for a snack helmet. I have emailed and called. they responded once, on the first email over a month a go. It has been almost 3 months since the order, I received 1 of the 2 helmets. I emailed 3 days ago with no response so I called today, still no word. At this point I just need a refund on the unshipped product. I would not recommend ordering from this company. I do not like to do reviews, I do not like to hurt peoples business but when they do not take initiative to actually respond and I have paid over $70 for something I have a problem with it. I would never run my business this way. Do better!

I ordered a blanket on 9/19/21 with a 2 day USPS delivery. Considering I ordered on a Sunday I considered the order day Monday, which would have put delivery on Wednesday. I received an email Friday morning saying the product was unavailable. This information should have been sent out a day or two after the order was placed, not 2 days after the delivery should have been completed. Absolutely the worst customer service. Stay away from this company as there are plenty of alternative options for the same products.
