I had a great experience having my digs nails cut at a pet food store. The nice woman at The pet food store recommended that I bring him here for grooming! What a mistake. My dog has never looked so poorly cut in his life. Some portions of his hair were long. Some portions of his hair were short some areas had hair standing out and standing up, and some areas were just completely bald quite clearly he looked terrible and emaciated. I was told that I didn’t brush him well and that’s why they had to take him down so much! I’ve never heard that before from any other groomers.Would I recommend them, absolutely not a chance in heck would I recommend that you waste your hard earned money on such a poorly done haircut for your puppy 🐶. I love my dog, and I felt awful after I looked at him all skin bald. Poor guy. I had to take him to another groomer just to fix the mistakes that this groomer made

Update: Been here a few times now. Every time has been excellent. They really go above and beyond! Worth every penny they charge plus a heafty tip. No stress, my pups come back looking better than ever and happy as can be. Thank you folks for your outstanding work!These folks are top notch. After using them for the first time I am very happy with their service. My dogs have never been so soft and sweet smelling. They must have really brushes them out well. They are usually a little stressed out after grooming, but not this time! They were happy and playful! Not only did they do better than was expected, they must also have a very gentle touch and trustworthy nature for my anxiety riddled chihuahua to feel so comfortable. They were super fast and friendly too. Looks like I just found a new permanent groomer. Thanks again Furrari Pet Spa!

EDITED REVIEW: Our dog wears a small libre diabetic monitor and I take herto the groomer on the day that I will change her small patch. I tried toschedule an appointment a few times with Furrari because I saw positivereviews. Every time I called, I was told they were booked solid. The lasttime I called, I tried booking out into December and finally was told thatthey were uncertain they would be willing to do a dog with a monitor becausethey have never groomed one that wore the Libre sensor. The person whoanswered the phone said he had to check with the owner. I received a textthe following day that says, " Hi it's the furrari pet spa. None of us haveexperience with a sensor or feel comfortable doing the groom. We wish youthe best. Maybe a mobile groomer or someone more comfortable doing it." Ofcourse, it is Furrari's prerogative not to groom an old dog who has to weara diabetic sensor. However, Yuppie Puppy, Shaggy Dog, and Petsmart all havegroomed her with the sensor with no issue. I am new to the area and I amhonestly disappointed because it's so close to my house and had receivedsuch good reviews. The good news is that there are plenty of other doggroomers that will accommodate our dog. Just be advised that certain medicalissues like this one may prevent Furrari from taking your dog for grooming.UPDATED: As an fyi, I never asked that you cancel anyone else's appointment.That would be very rude and I would never ask someone to cancel for me, as Icertainly wouldn't want that done to me. I was asking for any openings asfar out as into December when I was told that the person who answered thephone had to check the owner to see if you did diabetic dogs. To clear therecord, there was never any insistence or even a suggestion that any otherclient's appointments be canceled. I think the text received and copied inthis review speaks for itself.

Sam is the best! I actually contacted her before we even brought our F1b Goldendoodle home, hoping to find a great groomer that would put us on a regular 4-6 week schedule - Sam was so helpful and understanding right from the start. She started grooming our puppy a couple weeks after we brought her home and on a regular basis ever since and she always does the best job! Remie loves to go see her and gets SO excited to go there! She always comes home smelling and looking fantastic! Sam always listens to what I want in her hair cut and makes sure to discuss what would look best and feel best for our pup. I have seen some groomers do such awful haircuts for doodles and was so worried about finding a good groomer for ours - we feel so lucky that we found Sam from the beginning, she's truly amazing! We now have to move and we are so sad to leave and worried we won't find someone as great as Sam! I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Sam is amazing! We had a bad grooming encounter and our super friendly Golden, Sadie, was afraid to go to the groomers. We found Sam, explained the situation and, Sam has been our groomer ever since - that was about 9 years ago! Sadie LOVES Sam! Thank you for taking the best care of and making our sweet dog happy and beautiful!

What a great find! Our chocolate lab LOVED her bath, smells and looks even better. I called as a new client in the morning and had a same day appointment early afternoon. I’ve tried a number of places before and their is always some kind of hassle. Furrari Pet Spa is unlike all the other places we’ve been, so pleasant and warm with people and pups. Definitely going back!

Sam has been cutting my dog Sophie's hair for as long as I can remember. She has a way with dogs that can't be described they instantly trust her and even though my dog has anxiety she happily goes with Sam everytime. I drive back to Illinois where my parents live to get her to groom Sophie's hair because everytime she cuts her hair it looks absolutely perfect. No other haircut has even come close to looking as good as when Sam cuts her hair. I honestly can't recommend her enough so happy she has her own doggy spa!

Our dog Teddy was in need of a major haircut (Covid hair) and he was just out of a cast so he was very sensitive. They did an amazing job not only with the haircut but also with being sensitive to his injury and caring for him so well. I would highly recommend them for their high quality work and care for animals!

I can’t say enough good things about Sam! My family has been going to her for years, and she always does such a great job. I wouldn’t trust my dogs with anyone else. Over the years, she has seen Roxi, Auggie and Toby - all three with very distinct personalities. She has been amazing with all of them and knows how to work with each of their unique personalities.Roxi was a diva who in her old age didn’t like to be touched much; Auggie is an old-man pup of 16 now who gets lazy and doesn’t like to stand for long periods of time; and Toby suffers anxiety with other dogs and new people.Sam has worked magic with each of them. I high recommend her and I’m so excited about her new business!
