After visiting other pets for years I have no idea how good a vet experience could be until I came here. This is for a few reasons. First, their facility is new clean and with the latest features for the latest procedures, like laser treatments. Second their staff is top notch. They know who I am before I walk in They remember my dog on a personal level not just at a case level and they are available for quick questions over the phone. Third and most importantly there's skill as veterinarians is unmatched in my experience. For example it took six other veterinary offices that failed to diagnose an allergy my dog had and they recognized it immediately. Now my dog no longer throws up randomly. Dr Walter specifically is unparalleled In both her compassion and expertise. That's enough good things about this place.

Phenomenal experiences here with every visit. Dr. Walter's expertise and compassion are wonderful. She is so good with my dog and I always appreciate the thought she puts into treatment plans and balancing what's right for my dog at her age.Nothing but positive things to say about the entire staff - everyone is so helpful and thoughtful.

First of all, place was absolutely spotless. You couldn't even tell you were in a veterinary building. It smelled fresh, no dog smell at all. Everyone was so great, especially our tech, Joe, who was so friendly & caring! And Dr. Walters is amazing! She took time and spoke with us about our pet. She didn't rush at all. We LOVED her and she was so loving and kind with my dog. I was hesitant to travel from Zion to Lake Bluff but it is definitely worth it! I definitely recommend Forest Bluff Animal Hospital!

Dr. Walter has been our dog Luigi’s vet for eight years. Her and her staff are the GREATEST!!When we rescued Luigi other vets were not able to diagnose his illness but Dr. Walter was able to do so and saved his life. I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Walter and her staff. The care they provide for my fur babies is beyond exceptional. I would never trust my fur children to any other doctor or team. The team at Forest Bluff Animal Hospital is one of the most phenomenal, knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely caring clinics out there. From a couple emergency visits needed, to general checkups and vaccines, Dr. Walter and her team go above and beyond for my pup! I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Walter since I became a pet owner. Both dogs were diagnosed with food/environmental allergies and Dr. Walter has been extremely knowledgeable and supportive, answering any and all questions and discussing treatment options to make them as comfortable as possible. Her clinic is beautiful and clean and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. My dog was terrified to walk in the first clinic we took him to (used by the previous owner we adopted him from) and walked into Forest Bluff with a wagging tail! That alone says it all, even the pets know it's the place to go!

Dr. Walter and her team recently neutered my nearly 11 month old Goldendoodle. He is quite the special pup (to me) and I wouldn't trust anyone but her and her extremely competent vet techs to take care of him. Everything went smoothly, and he is back to 100%! Dr. Walter and her team are responsive, kind and enthusiastic about our pets. Dr. Walter takes the time necessary to explain why symptoms might be occurring and offer common sense solutions. Whether I need urgent assistance for the pup who chews everything, a quick procedure to suture up a bad cut, or simply a routine check-up, I know I can always count on her for the best care and advice.

When I bring my cat here for her medical needs I am confident that she is in the best hands!Prices are reasonable for the area, the clinic is absolutely beautiful and clean, everyone is very friendly and professional, and I even got a tour of the entire practice. I feel that I am receiving the best care possible for my cat when I bring her here.Tip: I learned that they often do monthly specials such as discounted exams for cat month in June.

Dr Walters and her staff are so professional and welcoming my dogs drag me into the office. The facility does not feel like a veterinarian office at all.
