The pharmacist and staff at the Target CVS are so knowledgeable and helpful. I will drive out of my way to use this pharmacy. They go way above and beyond to help. A+++++++

I have to agree with the previous comment; I was put on hold for what seemed like an hour. At which point, I drove into the pharmacy to check in on my Rx refill only to find out that the staff on hand was called in and doesn't even work at that location and furthermore confirmed all Pharmacists had quit. Say what? How is the lack of communication from this store not more effective? Being proactive in informing your patients on whether or not they will receive their Rx that day or not is a requirement. This CVS location needs to improve their communication as your patient's lives depend on it.

When they are there they are the best.However, when the pharmacist gets sick. There is nothing done to alert the customers.I was waiting for a prescription to be filled for three days. So I called and waited on hold for 1/2 an hour, and never got through. So I went to the location, the shutter was closed with no note.I talked to the target employees who said that he was out sick and the replacement didn't know how to "open" the pharmacy.Put into place a plan to:change the phone message to ("is closed" or "out sick"),and make a deal with target that their staff can put a note on the outside of the pharmacy when they are out sick. Just something laminated that sits in the management office so anyone can grab it an put it up when the pharmacist lets them know he won't be coming in.

After shopping at Target on January 21st, I got to my car and realized that I had forgotten to pick up my husband's drugs. It was 4:55. The pharmacy had closed! The pharmacist would not even look at me ... she was on a call and thus ignored me. I looked at the clock. Yes. She had closed a few minutes early. I will try to get his drug elsewhere after this.

The CVS pharmacy in Target are amazing. They make you feel you are at a neighborhood pharmacy. Today the lady helping me actually was legitimately concerned about my husband’s well being based on his prescriptions. (He had just had surgery.) There have been countless times where they have gone out of their way to help and care.We are very lucky to have this pharmacy in our community.

World class Pharmacy.We like the text updates, auto refill & frequent pick up reminders!We also like the staff, very friendly while being professional.We appreciate the pharmacy/counter layout. It feels like an entire team is working on your health, at the same time, including the pharmacist not being wayback of the store or Pharmacy. The open concept does not affect privacy. We believe the layout makes a pharmacist direction of Pharmacy techs an on-time, as needed process & cultivates an efficient service & work flow. If we have a question beyond a techs expertise the pharmacist is already somewhat in the circle of questions & care. We don't feel we are using up Pharmacy time to ask a tech to walk to the back & the pharmacist to drop everything to come forward to consult with a guest. If we feel we have a privacy issue it is never a problem or a long wait to consult directly with the pharmacist.- Good to know this -When I was prescribed a pain killer opiod for post minor surgery, just in case of pain. I was happy to have this knowledge; I did not have to fill the prescription right away but the pharmacy staff explained they would hold the paper copy Rx without filling. Since an opeiod Rx needs to be phisically walk into the pharmacy, not called-in or faxed, if needed, filling the Rx would be quick. I was hoping to avoid the heavy duty pain killers, hoping the extra stength, rapid release acetaminophen was effective. Did not have to fill & did not waste the drugs or pay for something I did not need.All around great care & service!

Today was my first experience with this CVS. I called about 5-10 minutes before they closed and spoke with Linda (I believe). I just moved here from out of state and needed my rx transferred out here. Simple request, simple fix, standard expectations. All good.***HERE IS WHERE CVS EXCEEDING MY EXPECTATIONS***With my insurance, I pay $10 for my rx. Since we moved, my insurance has ended, and new hasn't started yet. I asked her how much out of pocket would be (holding my breath!). She told me $18.69. Not too bad and was a huge relief. She went even a step further, and entered in a "Good Rx" coupon. It will be $9.22 when I pick up my rx. I'll be paying LESS than what I paid with my insurance!CVS? Good Rx? Yes Please!

On May 26, 2022 the pharmacist from this store, Kyle, gave me a big help since my credit card got a problem , I could not get the medicine on the same day. Then he personal delivered my medicine to my home on the same day without charging me anything extra!!!

Count your pills! We have been shorted on meds 3 times in the last 6mo. It has happened on different meds and different quantities. Time to find a different pharmacy.
