I have 4 dogs, two of which get very stressed by going to the groomer. My dogs do not mind at all now! They love to “visit” Cassie now. No more stress and fresh smelling, well groomed dogs! We won’t go anywhere else! Thanks ladies for being the best in the business!

I was very amazed and impressed with the service Bella is a little nippy they did a terrific job with her.. because she was stressed out when we got done we went and got a hot dog and some ice water. But she gets stressed out easy so that don't let that scare people that's just the way she is she was abused rescue dog the last place I took it to if she bit or was nippy one more time we would not accept her anymore this place had a lot of lot of patience they were so good with her.

I called Pretty Paws Boutique, and my Loki got right in. I have a cocker spaniel. Her cut was spot on, even though I had asked for a bit of modifying to a standard cocker cut. Pretty paws 🐾 cut her exactly as I wanted, and even asked if I needed anything tweaked before I left! I would highly recommend since I am super picky about her cocker hair cut. Have been to numerous salons and usually I show up and she is shaved completely down. Loki looked and smelled wonderful! Thank you so much, from my heart and Loki's! J. Moreland

They did an awesome job with our golden doodle! They took their time to make sure he was left smelling great. Tucker needed two baths to get him all cleaned up. He was in urgent need of a bath and they squeezed us in last minute.

I have an almost 14 year old dog. They came to their lobby and got to know my dog and clipped her nails out there to help relax her. They are by far the most caring boutique I have ever been too. They really do care about your fur babies!! I will continue to bring my fur babies to them!

So quick, caring, gentle, affordable and overall great experience. We’ve taken Lucy, our cavachon, in a few times now and she was so happy at pick up. She has had some bad experiences at groomers and always gets terrible anxiety when I leave her. But you can tell she already feels comfortable.

Issue with a proper Scottish terrier cut. $55 or more is very high for a cut. His back and shaved area is almost bare and it should be longer, there is supposed to be hair around the ears and they are completely shaved, the beard shouldn't be cut and left long. Skirt should not be cut in the rear.

She cut my dogs ear and told her boss bc she doesn’t own the place that she did not do that and if she did she would told me my dog had to get stitches and her ear ended up infected then was told by others she’s not nice to the dogs AT ALL! And is more worried about smoking and fighting with her boyfriend then doing her job!!!! There’s very many amazing caring places but this is not one! She has a very vulgar mouth and no respect! I’d deff recommend going elsewhere! She won’t keep the place open long at all! Sorry not sorry just being very honest and just calling it as I seen and dealt with her….very upset sting! She can’t even cut dogs nails correctly let alone groom them!!!!!! It’s a shame

I had an appointment and showed up with my dogs. We waited outside of the business to a no show. I did contact her asking if she was late or if I had the wrong place. I won’t go into details but my dogs didn’t get groomed by her. We would not recommend the place.
