The company was very responsive, however , there was a hiccup when the person scheduled a technician to come between 12-2pm. No one showed up so I called the company. There was an error made when the scheduler incorrectly scheduled the wrong person for the job. Once the mistake was realized they added us back on and a tech still came out same day. They were very apologetic about the error, and were upfront about the mistake. I was due to head out of state that afternoon, which I had to make other arrangements for someone else to be there. Other than that, I was told the technician was polite, professional, and did what was needed to be done. Our ant issue was gone the same day.Service: Ant extermination

We live near grain bins, so keeping up with the rodents is not an easy task. However, since we have subscribed to Orkin services, we rarely see mice, and almost never see insects. Dan has been great! He is thorough, personable, professional and even friendly with our dogs, which makes his visits pleasant for every family member.

Techs are great as always. It's the poor management of this office that's the issue. They cut back all their office help so there is noone to get ahold of or keep on track. You might have had the same day of the week for years and now it just gets thrown in whenever, and when you try to get it changed to what it normally is, the tech gets sent out anyway. You still get billed even though you had your date rescheduled to what it has been for years. Or you'll get charged and orkin doesn't send the tech back out to do the interior. Like most businesses, the front office sinks the ship.

I always thought Orkin would be super expensive, but after giving them a call and getting my free consult I realized I was misinformed! The price was extremely reasonable and it’s actually working on getting rid of unwanted guests! Very knowledgeable and super easy to work with.

The customer service rep was very professional, calm, and thorough with his answers. The man who came to do the extermination was very friendly, personal-able, and had 1 or 2 generations of exterminators before him so he knew specific info about each bug we saw in our yard along with gave tips on how to keep certain bugs at bay a bit more. All around my experience was great! 5 out of 5 stars for the whole team!Service: Hornet & wasp extermination
