Very conveniently placed store, they have a decent assortment of hard to find ingredients in LaSalle, not my first choice due to the rotten potato smell but if you can get past that you might find what you are looking for.

This store should be made to close down. I went for my first time. Alot of their meats were spoiled with meat looking green. Fruits and vegetables were rotten.Several coolers were down. Òut dated can goods etc.I would like to know if they have been inspected by the health department.I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

The store hardly has anything. If they do have it than it's twice the price. 90% of the place is unfriendly and it always seems dirty.Now on the other hand they do have some worthy fresh meat.

Great store. Run locally by very friendly and helpful people, it has everything I need and then some without taking half my evening just to walk through. Excellent deli as well.

Didn't feel clean. Freezer section frequently closed/ freezers off with health department notices. Produce needs to be used immediately as it doesn't keep.

The coolers are new and running great! Everything was stocked to the hilt. They've had a rough time of it but things are looking way up! 😃 and as always the deli and bakery delish. Best part? Not playing mario cart with d-bags like at a few other stores...🤔🤣

They suck. I have a 53 dollar gift card here and can't use it because they won't fix their machine for me to use my gift card. I can't use it anywhere else because it's their store gift card.

Have things on sale that ring up wrong in register and sales in the flyer and large signs but tags are priced differently and have no management on a Saturday afternoon. Cashier could not leave the register or call someone up to check the signs they have at the products, terrible customer service and false advertising did not even make a difference when my wife showed the guy the sale ad. Left with half of my stuff and will spend my money elsewhere from now on.

This is a no frills local grocery store. They stock the basics, as well as having a well-regarded deli with homemade salads. Prices are competitive with the larger grocery chains in the area, and any higher prices are offset by the convenient location of IV foods.

I bought 120.00 worth of roast beef and ham and it went bad in 2 days! Didn't get the chance to even freeze it. Told the manager and she said she wouldn't help me!! I spend over a hundred and fifty dollars at least every month there. I'm so upset and the girl at the deli said herself that they have been having problems with that same issue. I can't believe it!!!! I'm in shock. I'm just going to go to court. Then see how she feels about that. The only reason I gave 1 star is because the girl in the deli was very sympathetic.

This 🏪 is a great store to shop I remember that Illinois Valley Food Deli use to be a bit bigger and selling lots of food my family and I use to shop since 1999-2006 I'm glad that IL Valley Food & Deli still open

Amazing local grocery store. Unique products, bakery and deli items. Reminds me of the good old days. I'll choose this store over Target or Walmart every time!

The store is going through a remodel right now. The employees are friendly and the deli bakery is really good, and so is the homemade doughnuts, yummy. Love shopping there for a few things when needed. Would recommend to everyone !!

It appears management and staff are not on the same page. I was treated rudely while being asked by check-out clerk to get a proper label from meat department, a meat dept. staffer said another tag was not needed. The checkout clerk told me to straighten it out with the meat department or I couldn't be checked out as is. I wasn't there to do the employee's job....so I left.

This place is conveniently on my way home. It has everything you.might need at a grocery store. It seems to be undergoing a remodel and has been for a while now. Im looking forward to some upgrades.

Excellent meat! Also has a new source of purified water. "Natural Pure" - Very clear water. Buy jug $1.00, first container of water 39 cents. Refills 39 cents. System of purification is foolproof - reverse osmosis.

Small grocery with decent location. Staff was helpful and social. Had limited selection as expected of a retail of this size. Some of the produce was of questionable quality. Floors were a little dirty.

The store is disgusting, it has a horrible smell to it as well. The 'fresh' foods are always rotten!! Out of the entire display of tomatoes, I found TWO little ones that were ok. Others were literally rotting away. I will never be coming back.

This is a great place to stop and grab quick items for dinner or a missing ingredient. I probably wouldn't shop here for my birthday monthly groceries, and that is due to quality and variety. I also don't think the store is very well kept. Somebody needs to pick up a rag and some bleach water and go to town on everything!!

Great place to shop, but check your dates and temp on cold items. Some coolers work and some do not, so just to be safe pay attention. Other than that the deli and meat dept are one of the best in the valley.

I bought food here for the first time and got an expired product from 6/29/17 in February of 2018. Ruined everything I had bought for dinner. What a joke terrible quality. All of the "fresh" products were shriveled up and smelled putrid. I'd rather pay 8x the price and go to Hyvee. That was my first and last trip.

The produce is usually half rotten. Everything is very overpriced. The staff can be unprofessional; not wearing masks, not knowing the inventory. There are a lot of groceries that are expired.
