This review is for the casino, I'm the stupid one that put my money in. But still this place is extremely rig. Ged, I mean, I did not win a damn thing. The most. It gave back was about 20 bucks. I spent about $400 in here at different times of the day and night and it Just take your money, I highly advise not to go in here. It wasn't even really fun. I wanted and was hoping to win a little something back but I was very wrong.

Really good one! A+ for you guys. Large truck parking enough diesel pumps , no so clean pumps but is ok, showers are large, clean and consistent hot water, nice staff will treat you good, Hot coffee not old with milk dispenser and a Dennys that you are trated as you deserve. Thank you guys

One of the good ones. Pilots in general are usually pretty good and this one is a goody. Nice large clean showers. When you're next door to a water tower, you're gonna get good pressure. The store and parking areas were clean as well. They have a Dennys plus their PJ Fresh options including pizza. Late morning and mid day, the place was pretty empty. 14 showers available. Lots of parking even when it's late.

Came today because I've got a day to kill before my load is ready, thought I'd treat myself to shower and hot food. Worst shower experience I've had in a while. I reserved it via the app and opened the app once in the building and it showed a pin but no customer number or shower number. Finally got the app restarted, it said shower 7. Go to 7, type in my pin, door won't open. Tried it a few different ways at least a total of 15+ times before looking for an employee. Had to go up front and wait in line because only one cashier working. She summoned maintenance and a guy met me at my shower. Wouldn't open for him either, He used a key. From the sounds of doors thumping while I was in there, several of their doors won't unlock. Once inside first thing I noticed was the stack of clean towels, but also a used wash cloth on the built in bench. Yuck. Part of the inside door lock was broken/missing. Fixtures/hooks missing in a few places. The sink faucet was loose and rattled around when I used it. And once I got the shower to my temp, it wouldn't stay there. I nearly got burned everytime someone flushed a toilet, but it also kept going cold at random. I finally stopped trying to adjust it and just jumped out of the way when the temperature spiked up or down.Would not recommend.Update, sent back on today at 1300 for some hot case food and it was completely empty.

Stopped here this morning about 2 am on January 7th, 2024.The gentleman working was the most nicest man we have ever encountered at ANY truck stop! The store was so nice and clean and the breakfast was so good! Definitely one of the best ones we have ever stopped at!

This has got to be one of the nastiest Flying J's I've ever been at. Trash cans over flowing (the same ones from last night just more so), women's bathroom dirty 1st stall had the same toilet paper on the floor from last night. Parking lot has trash all over it and used condoms on the asphalt. ( yes I know that's from discussing trashy drivers, but maintenance should be monitoring the parking lot and cleaning it up)The only reason they got 3 stars is because there cashiers are so friendly and helpful.I had to do my 34 here and only got out of my truck for the necessities, I'm afraid to see what the showers are like.The Denny's is great by the way.

*Personnel was friendly, #4⭐️. But I’m too disgusted about the showers to bother reviewing the store honestly! Zero zero zero! Nasty! This was not accidental! There’s no way they didn’t see all the hair in there! I had took 9 piks of clumps of hair but it’s useless to post em all, Managers ignore reviews these days, smdh. BTW??? They were NOT BUSY! We were only 1 of 2 people that used showers in the hour & 1/2 we were inside there to shower & order take out from Dennys! Slim red headed gal was who cleaned out the shower we went into which was shower #3 @ 5:45pm. Idk if she’s new or blind! But there was NO missing all the black hair around the whole damn shower & floor! & yes it’s very upsetting! Pull in for the night after being on road 13 hrs, the least you can do is sweep up & wipe down your showers! ……

no fountain drinks aka soda/pop, no showers so take your stinky a$$ to Love's a few miles east of here because Love's love truck drivers. shortages all over again. But thank you for buying Pilot/Flying J fuel for no driver comfort or amidities.

I am a female passenger of a truck driver so we take team showers and shower was clean I had first shower but took a while to figure temperature out to get warm when you turn water on don't turn faucet all the way turn it slightly to get warm water.

Showers were absolutely filthy. Hair everywhere. Toilet had been used. And not flushed/ cleaned. Toothpaste on the walls. And No employees anywhere to be found. A dishonest person could have walked away with half the store and Noone would have been the wizer... horrible experience 😪

The Pilot app told me bulk propane was an available amenity so we drove to this location (out of our way)...well within hours...to find that there is no one available to help us 😯 Well done. Don’t list it if it’s not an option...because that means it’s NOT!

The bathroom was disgusting. One stall had unflushed matter in it for quite awhile. It seemed obvious that its not managed well in the overnight hours. The hand sanitizer directly inside the front door was empty. This is why I avoid Flying J. Go to Loves instead.

Well if you like your shower going from burning hot to freezing cold back and forth, broken plumbing this is the place . Oh did I mention all the junk pilled in plain site , you would think this is owned by a family of Indians. Also I notified management of dSiding being blown off under the breezeway and could hurt someone off coarse like most millenials it just didnt register . Maybe they are spending all the money on the browns instead of the stores .

Disgusting bathrooms rude staff run down looks like bad management to me .what a complete joke I’ll stop at the TA in Morris. The truck driver side smelled of stale water and I would also like to mention on my way in and out a lot of employees on their phones. What ever happened to customer service anymore we are day in day out on the road and we get this treatment. Corporate should clean house.

This place has a lot of parking which is nice. And at least they have a good food menu during the day. The beef stew and the chicken and the meatloaf instead of the Fried Chicken menu.The showers are good and it was nice to not wait in line.It's easy access on and off the freeway.And they are not embarrassed to fly the flag.

Checked in this morningEarly morning to have some copies made of important documents. Older lady with shoulder length blonde hair opened documents n starting reading my documents before making copies smh. She didn't get any copies made, so younger lady staff member came fixed copy machine n made copies successfully without reading anything. Job well done to her n the other lady should be f.
