Wife had to chase someone down to check out. Waited for almost 5 minutes before having to go find a manger that seemed more interested in playing with his phone than working! Not cool!

Tiny aisles that are cluttered with stuff constantly in the way making it difficult to find what you need and to even get around. Staff needs to learn how to clean. They're not busy, they have no excuse.

Love the deals on things we needed that day.Needed to add that there need workers this place is hardly opened, and costumers are getting angry! Most people have to walk there from afar distance. They are never open! They need to hire people who are willing to work the shelves, for instance, they are truly not stocked put away from truck deliveries.. personally not have the stock blocking down the walk ways!!

DG is convenient because its close to home. They have every household thing you really need in a pinch laundry soap, pans, etc. They also have a good variety of snacks, and always friendly employees. However line waits suck! The store is always packed and there is rarely more than one employee running the register. So expect a long wait in line.

I regularly visit Dollar General for various items prices are good staff is friendly and check is reasonably quick but...why are they closing at 7p? That's inconvenient please restore regular store hours or I'll be forced to take my business else where.

This Dollar General is like going into a grocery store/dollar store. Loaded with great bargains, food, everything you expect in DG's Plus more. There's a middle-aged, black haired woman who works there and she is super nice! Great customer service.

The store can't hire enough staff they're hardly ever open you can't get through most of the aisles its the worst Dollar general store I've ever seen especially when you have no car I can't go nowhere else and like today there's holiday specials going on but guess what this store is not opening again like always that's my review and I don't usually give reviews but very unhappy unsatisfied customer

As always. This store staff help me when I'm overwhelmed and can't find what I went in store for ( viseally impaired customer )) they are polite and ask me what else do I need ,so as to not leave when I need further sighted assistance ,also their has been a time or two when I needed cash. For the short bus and they assist with the key board never complaining or acting impatient ,, this store is a valuble asst to the community ...

Come to this store several times a week for my job and today was treated very poorly. Was speaking to an employee out on floor and Bri, one of the managers, walking by hearing only part of our conversation thought it would b professional and appropriate to make a snide remarke and basicly insulting me

Same problem like all other Dollar General stores, always have carts loaded in middle of isles with product waiting to be put out, makes it hard to walk through & find what you are looking for. They need to hire more personnel.

They do have low price things but they don't allow strollers inside the store... Found that out today!! So if your out walking around and you have kids that are in a stroller you can't bring the stroller in the store.

Wow..Have these stores grown! Cant give thus store 5 stars, because there really was no customer service to speak of, to rate that. It's irritating when they leave carts of supplies in front of shelving and not work on it.. Makes it impossible to shop. I stopped for 1 thing, I bought it, and 2 other items.

It's very nice for the smaller town of LaSalle and not too far from Peru [there is a [I believe] dollar tree in Peru near where the old goodwill was by hobby lobby. I dont go to the dollar store much, but for a few cheap items its good.

The manager was racist. I had my grandson in his stroller and grabbed a few breakfast items and as I was about to grab a loaf of bread she approached me and said strollers weren't allowed in the store. I replied I didn't see any signs on the door that said no strollers and I wasn't told that when I walked in the door. I also said I'm ready to pay now anyway. I was asked to take my grandson out of his stroller and leave it outside the door and put my items into a shopping cart. As I was doing that I noticed another patron of the same race as the manager with her child in a stroller she walked right past the manager and the manager smiled and didn't tell her what she told me. I went back in and said that I didn't see her make the other woman take her child out of the stroller. Her reply was she hadn't seen her so at that point I left my items and never shopped there again.

The one place i go to whenever i need something. If i don't want to drive all the way to peru, il for shopping DG has the things i need. People are great and friendly .

This location is great because the layout isn't quite like all the rest of the stores. It's bigger and nicer because you don't feel so cramped while your shopping!

I feel like the employees are over worked and underpaid. They provide great customer service, but the store is over flowing with product and seems hard to keep clean because of this issue.

This place is great. It has everything you need from frozen food to make up and some clothes. The prices are reasonable if you want something quick.

you do not know when there open half the time there closed by noon, Theres nothing on the shelves its always on carts blocking the aisle so you can not get threw
