My very first visit, they have such an interesting variety of everything, food, treats, etc. My dog thought it was a buffet for sniffing. I really enjoyed my products, very reasonable prices. So glad to be able to help a local business.

I enjoy going here. I'm the dad who's family forgets we need dog food until we barely have enough for a bowl.My trip is always within about 15 minutes till closing...They have the special Fromm food for our bark with 4 legs. Lamb and something, black bag with Gold details. Thankfully, they corrected me as I was unaware that Ms barkstoomuch had changed her diet since my last visit.The people there are very helpful and willing to go out of the way to find what you didn't know you really needed lol!

The staff is very friendly. I always get treats for my dogs at this place! There are just enough choices of everything to not have an overwhelming experience, especially when trying to figure out what is best for your pet. I first discovered this place on Easter and received an Easter bag for my pets which was so nice of them!

Received rude customer service from a young lady this past weekend while purchasing bakery treats. I did advise that the treats I purchased my last visit was hard and made my dog throw up and there was no resolution given to me besides an insincere apology. Will probably never return again! cute store but not good customer in my experience

Great local pet store! I can find everything I want for my dog here and I appreciate the knowledgeable staff helping me find things and giving me their expert opinions. There are a variety of fresh dog treats, antlers, and everything in between. Also the location is right next to an amazing coffee shop and a game store! Total win!

A great deal of variety and personalized service! We have been shopping for our very picky GoldenDoodle—and thanks to their insight, we finally found the right food! A bit pricey, but well worth the quality of the products. I just wish they had a general loyalty program—instead of a brand specific program which does not always work.

My family buys our Fromm dog food here. My mom is very frugal so I would guess they have the best prices. The workers are extremely friendly and personable. You can bring your dog in too and take a picture which is cool.

This store has a great selection of toys and treats at a moderate price. I love that they carry Chicago sports themed collars, leashes and accessories. The staff is always friendly and they always ask before giving my dog a treat.

My first time in here and they offered my doggy a little shamrock shake. This store was super clean and so cute!! The person working was so nice and helpful picking out a new leash. I’m definitely coming back!

We love this place! Their stores are small, cozy and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The Urban Mutt offers a variety of Organic, Allergen-Free pet food and treats and when we discovered that these items were available locally, we had to check them out! We always try to support small, local businesses whenever possible and hope that other people will give The Urban Mutt a try.

I have been shopping at this location for the last 5 years and have been part of their reward program .Tonight my husband went in to get the dog food like we do twice a month. There was a nice young man behind register who told us we had a balance of $40.00I wasn’t aware of any bal-due after1/2 hour on the phone with his boss, it was determined by them they gave us too many rewards . It was explained to us it was like we walked out with two bags of food without paying.We were literally accused of stealing ,I don’t know about you but when we shop the cashier tells us how much we owe and that’s what we pay. We will never shop at this store again and will make sure to tell everyone how they treat their customers.

It was great this is the second year I ordered my Big Boy one of the birthday cakes. It was even better then the first one!! Big Boy just loves the raw chicken with yogurt frosting lol!!! Kudos to Urban Mutt!!!
