I went in today for the first time to use their pet self wash and I definitely will return. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The self wash was very clean and easy to use.

Had a fabulous visit at this store today . The owner , Amee (I hope I spelled that right ) was super helpful . He helped me load my cart cause I’m pregnant and couldn’t lift the dog bag . He was super sweet about it and I appreciate that with all my heart .Cody was awesome too at the checkout he helped me load my car . Store was super clean and easy to find everything . Normally I shop at the oak lawn store but this will be my new favorite store to shop at . Thank you so so much for a great experience.

Only been twice but each time the employees are very helpful and answer my questions. It is a smaller pet supplies so not all the options for dog food but still have a good selection

Walked into the store on Sunday to get my dog some stuff and as I walked I could see a young man being bullied by the owner, also the owner smelled like he just came from the bar.. if that's what the owner does I can't imagine how/what the employees are taught. I will not be referring this store to my family friends. No I am or nor was I an employee for the pet supplies plus Lagrange, you were very unprofessional and so was your team of management. I don't think coming to handle a situation smelling like bar is professional at all, swearing at your employees, letting bullying go on in the store! Sorry but I will not be spending my money at this store. You obviously didn't care that customers were around.

I just adopted a new one year old rescue dog. It was my first time shopping for her. The store is well stocked and the staff are helpful and friendly!

Brought my 17 week old puppy in to get a pampered puppy bath and the staff was extremely friendly. He was returned to us smelling super great. I highly recommend Karyna. The staff is also super helpful and knowledgeable regarding dog food!

Rating my experience 2 stars for a basic body wash my bulldog received. When I arrived, the groomer said she did not have experience with large breeds, only small dogs like Yorkies and Frenchies. She did not know what a tail pocket was.After picking up my dog, I'm disappointed to see that his face wrinkles are dirty, his face was not cleaned, and now he is itchy in the tail pocket from perhaps water and soap that slightly touched it and did not get cleaned. At time of drop off, I asked what she recommended for a special treatment for his skin, and she did not even try to offer me an add on. So I have to finish the job at home. Look elsewhere if you need an experienced groomer. Oak Lawn Pet Supplies location is the best so far.

Great location with everything I needed for my dog, Dwayne. We dropped him off for grooming and picked up some treats. The staff was amazing. If you have any question Ame can answer them. We will definitely be back.

Karyna was amazing with my 40 lb rescue for her first nail trim. She was so patient and kind throughout even when my pup was being difficult to manage. We will be back!

I was in Sunday (04/16) and Ame, Precious, and another employee (I didn't get her name, but she had on a NWA hoodie and has a nose piercing) were all very helpful and knowledgeable on the questions I had in regards to my purchase. There was also a technical difficulty I had when trying to redeem my points, and Ame was very helpful with helping me redeem them! All the staff are kind, very friendly - the store is well-kept and clean and fully stocked. I'll be sure to return to this location :)

Had a great experience getting my dog's nails done, thanks Sylvia. Also, the Oko cat litter was just what I was looking for when my cat's paw was healing, and I will continue using it.
