If I could give this business 10 Stars I would. We have been shopping here for years and have always been provided exceptional service. I bought a lawn mower there and my salesperson, Tony, went above and beyond what I expected. He explained every detail of the mower and made sure I got it to my home safely. This is a business that prides itself on customer service unlike others you go into today. Kudos to Tony and the entire staff of this ACE Hardware..

Small town service in the city. What a guy, gentleman in the store did not have these duct crimpers for sale …but he lent me his own. What a guy, who does that? Good marks for this Ace, they are always friendly, have a good selection, the place is neat as a pin. Remember to stop here before you hit up that big box store if you want to keep privately owned hardware stores in business

This location particularly is the most helpful, knowledgeable, friendly hardware store in existence. I have never heard them say “no“. There’s always a resolution or creative solution for my projects. The wealth of knowledge inside those four walls is priceless. Do yourself a favor And patronize places like this where they have customer support who actually knows what they’re doing. It’s not always about supporting local, it’s about supporting the right cause. This store never disappoints.Shout out to Greg who always has the best advice. I have shopped here for over 30yrs. It might be the most friendly and helpful store I've ever been to. Recently I purchased a rather large item that was fairly priced as usual. Walked out with all the information on the proper way to take care of it to get the maximum amount of years of use. Yesterday I received a personal thank you in the mail from the owner. That's the 1st time I've ever received something like that. That's the kind of service you get from the store. I will continue to shop here and recommend it to friends. Thank's for reaching out. 👍

these guys are always friendly & knowledgeable. they helped with fixing an old gas grill manifold last year and then earlier this year they helped repair a baseball bat...keep up the great work!

The staff here is excellent. There's always someone to help you out with a project. My home improvement projects have gone swimmingly with help from this store.Today I worked with Tim to pick colors and get the supplies I need to do my first solo painting project. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Ask for Tim if you want to paint!

Was greeted and asked if help was needed within 5 seconds of entering the store, and the associate was on a ladder when she asked! Very clean, well lit store. A very friendly gentleman asked if assistance was needed as well and said to let him know if we did.All staff members were very attentive and eager to assist all customers.They’re very great at multi tasking as well, helping ring up customers, getting keys made and window pickups all at once!Very fine establishment!

If you ever need a key made, Tim is your guy. He went above and beyond to make sure my new car key worked properly. It was an adventure to say the least. If it weren't for Tim, I would have conned into a few hundred dollar key case from the dealership. Highest recommend the Ace over any other ones in the area. Everyone is so helpful and it's a big store

Very helpful staff, I called in for a part, and they set it aside for me as I had a 40-minute drive to get there. Three separate employees took the time to make sure I was getting the correct part for my air conditioner that had gone out during the extreme heat.

I bought 10 ft. sticks of 1/2" emt because they didn't have any 5 ft. pieces in stock. I did have room in my vehicle to load them so I asked the staff would be able to cut them for me which they did without question. Thanks for going above and beyond.

I really enjoy going to this Ace. The staff is incredibly helpful and you can buy just 3 screws if that's what you need! Easy parking but busy days there's a lot right nextdoor. Family owned. Always willing to listen to whatever crazy situation you need help with and make logical suggestions. So glad they are here!I totally forgot the garden center which is really awesome.

Always super helpful. This is a rather large Ace. The people are extremely nice and will help guide you to your section and what you need. Sometimes their items are a dollar or two more. For home repairs and advice you can’t beat ACE. Super clean store. Parking lot right at it makes it easy to get in and get out.

Well stocked local hardware store with a good cozy feeling from the staff. The Christmas displays are amazing and offer quite the experience for families. Photos with Santa in a beautiful landscape. Mrs. Claus is there too, handing out candy and good cheer. Free hot chocolate, bowls of chili, and candy canes for all. Children can write and drop off letters to 🎅 . There are plenty of beautiful decorations to choose from. Staff are always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help.
