I had a low tire pressure light come on 5/4/24 near the Knoxville Loves location. I pull to try to get some air but didn’t see any air hoses. I happened to drive buy the semi repair shop and saw a guy working on a truck and asked if he had an air compressor available to fill my low tire, he proceeded to come out to find out why the tire was leaking by spraying some water on it. He discovered the valve stem was loose and tightened it up for me and offered to plug it if that didn’t solve the problem! He was absolutely amazing! He didn’t need to do any of that but went WAY out of his way to make sure I didn’t have the tire go completely flat! Thank you very much! I hope some management see this and recognize you for your hard work and dedication!

Very clean and well kept. 94 truck spaces for parking, 7 showers, subway and Chester’s inside and they both take loves points as a method of payment. Overall good experience, everything was well kept. If for whatever reason those 94 truck spaces are taken, there’s plenty of space on the sides for overnight parking. There’s also an abandoned Bp across the street you could potentially park. There’s also a game room you can play slots at.

Got the coffee the mild where it grinds it. It might be the worst coffee I've ever had!! It tasted like ground rocks in mud. Completely un drinkable.

Its fine indeed.. The plus is the staff is friendly enough the restaurants are clean there's gambling if that your thing the shower was great.. overall Deanne was the all 🌟 of them all the smile will get you. She has a voice strong willed. May even psychologically hold a conversation lol smh.. But was very nice. Even sat with me. Goals needs etc. More than most places I go to will do. And her 😃.. Ppl like her will not stay in a place like that long.. so that being said. Its 3 stars.. The bathroom smelled new. The shower floor will need more attention or it turn into the rest of them .. Drive well.

Definitely no love felt....1:30 am , no greeting and basically interegated over a refill of ice while trying to set up for fuel..... happened last night as well (twice) while setting up for shower... they take ice refills serious here in IL

By far one of the best loves I have been to. Everything was clean, including their subway/Chester’s. People were very nice. I did not deal with mechanic shop so don’t know their service. But truckers parking was good size and CLEAN! Just a good overall experience, and that’s really rare with these loves these days.

After spending $100 in gas- there was no toilet paper in the stall, hot cocoa/cappuccino machine was out of order, there wasn't any breakfast available and the cashiers were busy on their cell phones. Will be sure to skip this stop our next time through.

Not very busy at all, which is good but makes my issue even worse. There is ZERO reason why if someone asks about the roller grill items behind the 'being cooked' sign, that no one knows. There is a build-to and there are cooking times for each product. You should know when they were put on. I asked THREE people, including the person who ACTUALLY put them on, and no one knew. I was told I could "nuke" then if they weren't ready. Well, there goes the hot breakfast I was looking forward to for the last two hours.

Went to the repair shop today and it was one of the best experience. Leslie, Nate and Jeremy are very detailed in the PM and tire service.They greased every joints and even checked the cabin air filter that has never been checked since we bought the truck. Great job guys. Keep up the good work.

Got gas and was leaving. Wife found the stupid dip in the parking lot. We got close to the end of the lot and she turned the wheel to get straight then all of a sudden the passenger side drops down and won't move. Get out and the tire is shoved up into the wheel well.I go in and ask for the manager and explain to him what happened was told never had any issues with the dip before.After getting it towed found out it was the lower control arm ball joint had literally popped out of the socket.Got 2 calls from loves risk management in OK. 1st call was get info from me and details of what happened and what broke.2nd call was we are not paying for any damages or tow bill. She said she watched a video of a suv go through it with no issues. My vehicle is a Chevy Express van 17 feet long and very heavy. So that was an apples to oranges comparison. Long story short my van is busted and cost me $155.00 just to get it home. Repair is going to be another $300.00 if nothing else is wrong. So I will be out almost $500.00 plus another tow bill to get it to a shop.Will not be getting fuel or anything else from here ever again not worth the risk of breaking a vehicle for a stinking $.10 a gallon discount. Yeah I saved a $1.60 and now have a few hundred dollars in repairs to my van.Just a tick farther down the road and just as clean as the one before. When traveling it's nice to know that no matter which one of them you stop at you can expect it to be to the same levels of cleanliness and stocked.

We just took a shower in the absolute CLEANEST, nicest showers we've ever been to on the road!! Y'all have no idea how rare that is out here!! Carla does a phenomenal j0b and deserves a raise!!! If any of our trucker friends get out this way, this is the place to shower!!!

I would highly recomend it they have a nice soda selection. And for all of you none soda drinkers thay have a great tea, water, and coffee. The workers a super nice and kind. It is a big store. They have more than the average gas station.

Friendly, good customer service. It was kind of busy but both cashiers were working hard, to get all the customers taken care of quickly so they could get back to being on the road! Their bathrooms were clean, with the availability for customers to rate them by pushing 1 of 3 buttons (red/yellow/green). It seems they check them every 30 minutes, or at least they are supposed to. I also saw another employee wiping down surfaces. Definitely recommend any Love's over all other gas stations! Never disappoints & always friendly/clean.

This Love’s Travel Stop was conveniently located near the highway. It was clean, including the bathrooms and the staff was friendly and helpful. We usually go to Love’s on roadtrips because we get 10 cents off per gallon with the Love’s app. Plus, it is nice to be able to stop at a clean place, that offers dog parks and pet areas as well.

Fabulous on a Sunday around 6 or 7pm they had plenty of parking. Easy to back wide spots. Subway and Chester's. Bathrooms were clean. Very quiet has a shop.

We stopped in here while traveling and we're pleasantly surprised at how well kept it is. It's conveniently located just off the interstate and has plenty of gas pumps and parking, so there's no waiting. The bathrooms are clean and we'll taken care of and the place is well staffed. There's a lot of food options as well as snacks, drinks, travel needs, etc. It's obvious that these people really care about their business and the customer experience.

Stopped in today around 1pm. Subway had only one kind of bread available (wheat) no sweet onion sauce. (Which is a simple request.) Nothing offered to make up for or reimburse for the lack of menu items that are advertised. Instead only excuses about a truck that didn't show up. Excuse me? That is not the customers concern nor business. My concern is that you either have available what you advertise or OFFER A RESOLUTION. And not simply,..this is what we have..pay full price and like it!Seemed to be unprepared and short handed for even the miniscule amount of people who were looking for lunch. Even heard Chester's struggling and telling the only guy in line that he would have a 6-10 minute wait for his food. Seems a bit amateur at very best. Get it together Subway and Chester's at Loves! You have ONE JOB to do!

I can only rate with what I saw and this was one of the times I didn’t use the bathroom, so I’m not sure about the cleanliness. Staff was kind and the self serve cold brew coffee was delicious! My secret: add 3 cold stone creamers and 2 sugars…you’re welcome! Truck parking was a breeze around 6 pm and restaurants were open to the late crowd.

Everything else but the shower and bathrooms were exceptional. Found an army of the bugs i posted. I used to work for Loves in AZ and i knew the standards their motto about clean places....this was far from it. Hair on the wall, toilet paper from previous users, the bugs, the dirty fan...i could go on...also, a team shower cost 28$ at this location...last time i went to loves in CO it cost me 16$
