Dr. Harshbarger is an amazing Veterinarian that is very knowledgeable and compassionate. My dog hated going to the vet I had prior, but she loves Dr. Harshbarger, and her staff. She is so sweet and has made some very hard times health wise with my dog Kona so much easier. She is also very affordable compared to other vets I had been to. I have recommended 2 friends for their dogs, and they also love going to her in Knoxville.

Friendly staff. We’ve been taking Peaches, our 11 year old lab, there for several years and have used their overnight kennel service too. The doctors are thorough and caring and the office staff kind and welcoming. Five stars!

I want to thank Dr. Harshbarger and all the wonderful ladies at your office for the kindness and patience you show Bear. He was abused and unloved for the first 6 years of his life. I have been taking my pets to Dr. Suzanne for over 15 years. When she left her previous vet clinic to open Knoxville Veterinary Service, I followed her even though it meant a much longer drive. The vets and staff at Knoxville Veterinary Service have always been caring, concerned, compassionate and accessible (even during off hours). They have always been amazing at diagnosing and treating all our fur babies throughout the years. I can't imagine using anyone else and am blessed to have them caring for our pet family.

I was pretty sure my new puppy had some sort of sickness from the kennel he came from. I called Knoxville Vet, they had an appt. within 2 hrs and Dr. S. Harshbarger came out to the car to examine the puppy before taking him into the office. Keeping all the other animals safe. Dr Harshbarger really seems to care about you and your pet. The veterinarian's & staff are always friendly, compassionate, and supportive. They take the time to truly listen & assess your concerns. The staff always call within a day or two to see how things are going & to check on your pets. I love that. They truly care about you & your pet. Their prices are very reasonable & they will work with you to find an affordable option. I trust them with my pets, and that is saying a lot, because to me, they are my children. Dr Suzanne and her staff are all amazing! Suzanne saw our golden retriever Mudge as a puppy. When she opened her practice in Knoxville we decided to follow her even though it meant an hour round trip for visits! She always takes her time when seeing us and gives thorough explanations.
