One of the ladies that works here looks like a young Ann Hathaway. The store has so much stuff you have to go slow as too not miss anything good. Always leave with more than my list. The staff is always so nice and friendly.

This used to be a wonderful store until corporate redesigned it and started shipping too much stuff. It is difficult to get through the overpacked aisles. Staff seems overworked. You have to ring a bell and wait for a cashier. The store is always sweltering inside and outside there is a bunch of clearance merchandise that makes it look like a yard sale.

I am very disappointed in the Dollar General store in Knoxville Il Boxes and Big carts are always in the aisles Anything I ever want to look at is too high to reach so they lose sales. Today 10-19-2017 I went there at 4:00 pm I got a cart from outside The trash can was overflowing and trash was all over the sidewalk!! Not acceptable!! Then I go in the store. Of course there were boxes and carts in front of what I wanted. Last week I got in the checkout line 6 people ahead of me and eventually 4 people behind me. NO cashier in sight. However I do not blame the cashiers. They have to do everything!!! I blame Management I’ve yet to ever see the Manager.Also the Ladies restroom is disgusting!! Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for months. The Men’s restroom has been out of order for 2 months. Someone dropped the ball. The Health Department needs to step in

Every time I go into the store. The isles are cluttered from stuff off the shelf. It always looks like a tornado came in there and threw everything on the floor. One day they had an all staff meeting right in front of the building. The staff workers sit right out front sitting on items while smoking. You can barely get down the isles. Items are not organized on the shelves. Looks like someone threw them up there. I heard staff talk about customers too.

The store is way to small. They always have carts full of product sitting in the way and most of the aisles you can only get one cart up and down. I am forced to deal with it because there is no other store in town. My only option is to drive to the next town if I don't want to deal with it which is about 15 miles away.

I worked at this store for several years in the past. The condition that this store has been allowed to get in is pitiful!! There was never clutter or stuff blocking the isles, the floor was mopped every night and the self's got straightened every day!! Someone needs to get management in there who will take some pride in the store again!!!! IT IS THE ONLY STORE IN TOWN FOR US!!!!!

It's a run down dollar store. Usually stuff all over the floors. I'm sure they're just doing what they can with a small staff. Always good service, though often a slow moving line to check out (again, one cashier). You've been to a dollar store. You know to expect cheap, low quality products for the most part. It is what it is.

Typical Dollar General store, although its a bit cluttered and not as modern looking inside. With that said its in a very small town so is to be expected and doesn't take away from the overall stock and pricing. Staff is friendly and helpful. A nice place to grab last minute items.

We absolutely love our little DG store! Saves having to drive 25 minutes into the nearest town for MOST of the things we use regularly. We jokingly call it the ALEXIS WALMART but truthfully I'd rather AVOID Wal-Mart if I could. Chances are good that if you need something, DG has it.

This is a smaller store, they have alot of clearance items currently....however that means that the product is sitting out in the aisle, making things very cramped. The staff is super nice though!!!

Every time you come in and there's a line of five or more people the redheaded manager does not come to the register to help when there's only one person at the register kind a ridiculous being that this is the only convenient store in Knoxville to sell the products that they sell and you have to wait in line a half an hour before you can check out

It’s not a real nice one, boxes stacked every where, no room to get a cart around, dirty, disarray, smelly, shelves a mess and the customer service was subpar. Parking lot in and out isn’t the best. I’ve been to a few of these and this one is not one of their better ones.

Every time I go to this store there is never anyone at the registers to wait on you. By the time they get to the front there is a long line. I waited 20 minutes and still had 4 people in front of me. I left and bought nothing. Will never spend my money there again.

I find this ironic considering they actually have a fair amount of cleaning supplies for sale, including brooms and mops. Any reviews stating this is a clean store are obviously fakes. This is the norm, and I am done shopping here.

Decent store. Old and run down. DG needs to build or move into a bigger building. It's the only grocery store in town, might as well take advantage of it.

Although I like Dollar General I have to say this one is the most cluttered and in disarray. I couldn’t get down a lot of the isle with the cart. I only seen one employee at this particular one in Knoxville, Illinois and he was working the cash register. Store number 06258. The one employee needs some help.

The store is hard to get around in due to the rolltainers and uboats in almost every aisle. Service is hit and miss depending on who is working.
